Hey @Ross Scott, have you tried getting in contact with Louis Rossman for the US side of things? He's pretty vocal about erosion of ownership, GaaS included, and even has a non-profit called repair preservation group which fights for similar stuff. If you haven't, it might be worth it giving him a call. Maybe he could help or give you some legal pointers and worst case you still get the extra reach.
