Just discovered Sonic Robo Blast 2 and it's quite the amazing fan game. The best way I can think to describe it is a faithful 3D adaptation in the style of the Genesis Sonic games. While I think the game itself is great, The soundtrack blew me away! https://www.srb2.org/download/soundtrack/

I know this is on old thread, but hopefully someone will see this. It seems the most recent version of Union City on Armor games is playable offline and standalone. It also includes the previously "premium" content.
