My issue is everyone talking about step 1 which is carbon emmision reduction that all scientists who recognize human caused global warming acknowledge will only slow the effect down, and no one is talking about step 2 which is supposed to stop global warming or even reverse it, without step 2 your grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great grandchildren are all doomed to live in a horrible climatic world (or at least parts of it will be more horrible to live in, like florida which is going to be hit by much larger and much more frequent twisters, but if brooklyn 99 is to be believed, florida is the ass of the US anyway).

I just looked in the introduction page and boy is it weird, like the first 50 pages or so are all from ~2011-2012 and the 30 or so after that are the rest of the years till now. Also most people there have posted less than 1000 times before disappearing, even more posted under 100. What do you think is the reason for that? Did most of them got disillusioned with the forums and migrated to reddit and discord? As I could see, most posters here nowadays , who aren't super new are bob, psycho, cia, annie, mira(kinda new), roger duncan, and ekket. None of the old mods (the ones marked with yellow) are anywhere to be seen.
