Also nowadays there are meta programs like this one that let you manage your dosbox so you can save config settings for each game individually without manually having to overwrite the config file. (It SUPPOSEDLY also has the ability to detect games and import their settings off of an online database, but I haven't been able to get it to work even once). Here is my short list of games on it
