Oh, I think I actually still have my copy for the PS2! If I can find it, or at least find the case, I'll update you on it. Barely remember ever playing it, though.

Mold and a fucked electrical system? Sounds like you probably live in a building that leaks more than the FBI's documents, and the leaking has compromised the electrical system. I have no advice here, but moving whenever you can is probably a good idea.
