How does "Ross's Game Dungeon" get made?

Obviously, I'm not Ross, but James Rolfe made a video a few years ago about his process for making videos, and his method seems to be VERY efficient for pumping out similar content to GD. You'll likely need to update his methods, such as using software-level dvr-style recording (like plays.tv or nvidia shadowplay) instead of using vhs tapes.
