Hillfuhrer gets run over by 3 Spartans in a Warthog. They dismount and set up shop inside the hill, firing away with their Battle Rifles and Warthog Turret. They now control the hill.

Turns out that you have to stick with one chosen for a year, and you can only use the superpowers for 10 seconds at a time. My superpower would be the Ability to manipulate time. So I can go Forwards in time, Backwards in time, and Freeze time. (You could say it's like having the device from CLICK)
