1. Were you ever part of any fandoms Ross? Ever been to a convention? 2. have you heard about Youtube's new restriction policies? it seems to have been done in response to the Pewdipie and Jontron controversies that the media dredged up and brought companies that did ads on youtube. I know that one of the largest one's has already pulled all their ads on youtube. Anyway what do you think of the new policies and it might mean for the future? 3. Now that Steam Greenlight is going to end soon. What do you think of Steam Direct which shall replace it? Will it fix the problems Greenlight had or not? Do you think Greenlight should've been ended or do you think it could've been saved by just a few minor changes and if so what kind of changes?

What do you think of the current disturbing trend of people accusing various internet celebrities as being nazis and racists just because they hold a different view on issues such as Jontron or because their humor is not politically correct such as Pewdiepie. It's gotten to the point where even certain media outlets are assisting by taking certain things out of context to spin it into shock headlines. Do you think this trend is going to continue or will it settle down? And what do you think the impact will be? 2. Hi Ross! I have Several questions. 1. Youtube has introduced yet another new system called Youtube Heroes. It does appear to have one or two nice features such as adding subtitles and directly contacting youtube staff but on the whole it looks to be a really bad idea as youtube is trying to make a rather unreliable community to be mods for the whole site. Giving said heroes powers such as mass flagging videos that are considered inappropriate or violate site rules. What's to keep the heroes from abusing the power or simply using it to go after someone they don't like? Here's a clip of some unused dialogue where JC stays with UNATCO. Some people in the comments there have made some interesting observations. - you may have been able to find Paul and bring him with you to the chopper in Battery Park (if you clip past Gunther and the bots, you'll find Jock's chopper, and he acknowledges you with special dialogue indicating that you need to go back and get Paul). - if you continued to work for UNATCO, I believe that they would have asked you to assassinate Tracer Tong (as there is a modeled, inaccessible apartment overlooking Tong's compound, above where the Wan Chai Police Station is). - You likely would have continued to work for UNATCO in some capacity (maybe as a double agent?), as you can access unused dialogue in the superfreighter where the Chinese troops are friendly towards you). - I believe there was a consequence if you refused to activate the UNATCO transmitter and stayed loyal - Silhouette would have been wiped out. If you use cheats to skip past the catacombs and talk to the two women who normally talk about Chad in the Paris club, their dialogue about him is notably skipped.

I noticed that Accursed Farms is no longer listed on Channel Awesome. Was it an error on there part or have you departed from that group? Has something happened recently between you and Channel Awesome? Is it something that you are able to share? 2. What do you think of Youtube's new 'Advertiser Friendly' monetization policy? https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6162278?hl=en I feel that it curtails the freedoms that content creators have had on youtube and is almost borderline censorship. By keeping them from making money on their videos for something the company does not approve of. It seems easily abusable and way too vague. I know that youtube is a private company, but I feel like they might have overstep their bounds on this one. In fact it might be worth doing a Ross rant on. 3. Of the various game engines over the years ( Unreal 1,2,3,... Source, Gamebryo, Quake, etc...) which engine do you have a preference or are a fan of? Things like content, usability, the games that were made on it, or maybe just the overall look and feel of it. 4. What are some good single player mods that you would recommend off the top of your head? 5. Since you didn't really care for the endings for the original Deus Ex how would you have done the endings for the game? Or the climax of the game for that matter? What you have done differently making the game? 6. Early on the Deus Ex originally had plans to do a whole separate storyline if the players choose to stay with UNATCO instead of going rouge. It got cut for time and various other reasons of course. Do you think that kind of story route would've of worked? What do you think would've happened in that story thread? Do you think ultimately the developers made the right call by cutting it and instead focusing on polishing the going rouge story thread? 7. Do you have plans to cover the Wing Commander series? Or some of the other classic Origin studios games? 8. What is Polish TV like? Is it any good?

Hey Ross, long time viewer, first time commenter. I really enjoyed the Deus Ex review. It made me go out and buy all four games. Deus Ex, Invisible War, Human Revolution, The Fall. (First two from gog, the last two from steam.) I am curious to know if you are going to cover The Fall in any capacity for this review/retrospective? In any case I look forward to the review of Invisible War.
