  2. It's the story of a devout Christian and a devout Buddhist trying to compete over who has achieved the most spirituality, escalating into violence and completely contradicting their entire dogma. Next film: Italian Spider-Man
  3. Gym membership. The place was much better than my expectations, which are usually nonexistent.
  4. Have you ever had a particular song that made you feel like your past life had an incredible memory related to it? This song makes that feel for me. TTgk1qEJn_4
  5. 1hN8m1Gz1KQ Skid Row is probably one of the very few bands alongside Bon Jovi and Guns N Roses that managed to keep their musical integrity after hair metal died off.
  6. aA8fzsE7tWU Guthrie Govan is such a fucking boss in any genre.
  7. Keep procrastinating until it feels like you're putting in an effort into it. How do I get fossilized gunk out of a dead person's toes?
  8. Mortal Kombat X. When this thing first came out, I fell in love with it almost instantly. The combat was great, there were some really awesome new characters were cool and the Fatalities were still creative. But the more I played, the more I started to notice how substandard of an effort was put into it. It's story mode sucked, so many ridiculous transactions, lacking in content in general, too much cashgrabby DLCs. I don't really look at it in a good light as much as I used to in the past.
  9. Doing a university assignment on the origin of heavy metal. Fucking love this class.
  10. Oh wow. I would have never found that if never notified. Many thanks.
  11. But seriously, though. Everytime I finish sex, I undergo this semi-astral projection experience for a short while. For 3 or 4 seconds, I see myself cooking or going upstairs and after that, I just come back to reality.
  12. *dat moment when you accidentally write smoke on da watah*
  13. A new tooth filling. That makes a total of 11.
  14. BTW, can you add a 'mark all post as read' button? It's so I wouldn't be kept notified of new posts on threads I am not interested in.

  16. The burning air brimming with the smell of gunpowder and dirt was a smoky black mistress, hard to see through and even harder to breath in. Watching his compatriots run for cover from the approaching gunfire of Southron invaders, Bullseye did nothing but to stand his ground on the shattered pile of dirt that was once a hill he proudly guarded. The oncoming footsteps and treading vehicles of the Southron forces were echoing across the battlefield, a large horrible green stallion of death and horror riding across the desolation, its hoofsteps upon the ground like the beats of tribal drums. He found himself only in his own companion. "All of the men I called friends or allies were either fleeing or dead", he thought to himself. Bullseye's injured legs were almost beyond use now; and much to his dismay, his life was perhaps even far beyond that. His intestines had already spillied outside of his belly onto the filthy ground. But he found the strength in his arms to grasp his gun and aim it at the oncomers. Sitting up straight as the day he was baptised, he gripped the back of his rifle in his armpit and brought the iron sight to his eye level. "If only he could take down at least one man", he thought to himself. If only he could take down at least one man, he could rest in his smoky grave with at least one more reason for his country to regard him a soldier. Only a grey screen of warborn fog was in his sights. If he could find only the smallest betrayal of a shadow among the fringeless grey fog, he would fire at it. Hopefully, he wouldn't be the only man to fall at that moment. And then, there was a figure. A single long shaded figure slowly coming into focus among the grey haze. Bullseye's first instinct was to shoot, but his body resisted. His fingers refused to pull the gun's trigger, frozen from the loss of blood that had spilled into a pool under his knees. Before he could claim the last in his body count, Bullseye's body lost its balance and fell to the ground in front of him. His thoughts were desparate and angry, embarrassed of himself for passing in such witless resistance, his thoughts trying to jolt his muscles back into action and claim glory once again. But as the last moments of his life ended and the Southron soldiers marched over his remains with his absence of motion regarded as absence of life; Bullseye's last thoughts were of the hill he laid his bones on. 45 years later, PriestOfJudas built a house on it and lived there.
  17. 6dOwHzCHfgA Isn't this just the most late 80's song of all time?
  18. French toast with molten cheese. Made it myself, 30% proud of it.
  19. I hallucinate during orgasms.
  20. What a shame. I was actually supporting your viewpoint in a way.
  21. Just because it used to be biologically and psychologically one way in the distant past doesn't mean that is the best way ever. Dogs have thumbs, doesn't mean they're forced to use them because their ancestors used them many years ago. Do you wanna live in a theocracy or a chiefdom some other sort of government that used to exist in human history? It clearly existed in the past and was a functional concept at the time. Only at THAT time, though. That's the problem, physically and psychologically humans didn't just stop evolving after achieving sentience. You seem to think ancient humans and modern humans are exactly the same thing psychologically. The circumstances of life, world and information around both of these entities are vastly different and are bound to greatly affect their psychological priorities. Which is why you can't set up a tribal chief as a head of the government in 2016 and expect the majority to be satisfied with it. Marriage used to be a form of unity intended to keep offsprings growing enough to see adulthood (sexual exclusivity wasn't required at that time), then it became a bargaining tool to seal unions and contracts. Only now, its starting to be viewed in its "intended" (sarcastically written) form; a sort of a union between a male and a female who are in love with each other. Marriage's uses as a tool of children's survivability or a trade bargaining chip has been slowly fading away in its need from human life and now we're all left with a concept of unity in eternal love that is beginning to outlive its physical use in modern society. So, why does it still exist? Because only now, it's beginning to fill our psychological needs more than physical ones. Due to the rapid succession of scientifical developments humans have achieved so far, we have begun to recognize countless more problems that can impair a human's functionality, more than just physical ones. More than just mental "disorders" actually, like antisocial or bipolar disorders. Small things that are acquired in early life that initially look and feel inconsequential; like neglect, aversion, low self-esteem and trauma will all impact the life, career and decision-making of a person greatly in later life, and not really in a good way. Quite a majority of these mental hindrances are things acquired during childhood. And that is exactly why the concept of marriage is still viable. It's still a tool to ensure a child's survivability, but this time it's psychological. It's a tool to make sure a child can fully develop psychologically without issues and become a fully functional adult. Some of you may be born in a broken household and believe that you turned out fine despite that. Well I'm sure sometimes Neanderthal women managed all alone to keep their children survive until adulthood too. You're one of the lucky ones, not all of us who've lived in shattered households can afford such luck. But be wary that due to the constantly developing world we're living in, your children may need to have even more of their psychological developments in-check than you do. Excuse me for rambling. I kinda just let loose my opinion on things while going too off-topic. But getting on-topic, it seems like what you look for in a relationship are different to the what the majority look for in relationships. They look to fulfill psychological needs, like companionship, trust and whatnot. People are also even more psychologically fullilled by the knowledge that their significant other is as committed to the relationship as they are, it makes the relationship feel more true and strong for them and that's why sexual exclusivity is still a thing. That's more or less the meaning of it all, and it definitely is fulfilling, for a time at least. You can either say all our psychological problems are finally coming to the spotlight after many years or humans are becoming more psychologically fragile, there isn't much of a difference. It's not your right to accuse someone's psychological pursuits as wrong just because you think it's futile. Because if you really think about it, every fucking thing we do on this planet is useless and futile in the big picture. Our psychological pursuit of ours is simply a product of the evolution of society that we're living in, it's kinda like you're insulting human evolution.
  22. I've got a giant crush on my dentist. She's 25 years old, single and lives alone. Maybe I could do it, but a part of my brain keeps reminding me that I am still a university freshman.
  23. Watching Chris Stuckman's Hilariocity Reviews. Reviews of movies that are such an atrocity that they are hilarious.
  24. rR4Nqhtz5xk I challenge you not to say "what?" while listening to the guitar solo of this.
  25. Hi, guys. My name is Brett and I am a carrot addict. Distant voices unenergetically: Hi, Brett!!
