Hey there Ross. Long time lurker, first time poster. I was wondering since you briefly mentioned it in the February videochat that you exercise every day to combat the negative aspects of being a gamer. I was wondering if you could talk about it a bit more or give some tips to us couch potato gamers since you seem to be in quite good shape yourself. Also diet is probably very important, you seem to be doing quite well with your bean based diet, any advice for that kind of thing too?
