Not sure if it's been mentioned, but the Spyro the Dragon soundtrack has always been my favorite. Every song fit each level perfectly, and even though not every track is the most memorable, they sure do a hell of a job at creating a certain feel for the game. It's a YouTube link, but they're the most high quality recordings I've come across.
