The 1997 PS1 title I.Q. - Intelligent Qube (aka Kurushi) has the most ridiculously amazing soundtrack for such a basic a puzzle game. There are two games, (Kurushi and Kurushi Final, from 1999), both with great soundtracks. I've looked around for links of ripped files, but since I haven't found a complete set, here are some some youtube vids with decent enough audio.
