Well technically they are not a murderer until they kill someone. You can make a case for "aspiring dictator", but I personally don't think it went that far.

He is not a dictator, he's a half baked populist. The only way he can become dictator is if he dismantles the 3 branches of government and makes himself the sole authority.

It's a good thing for a government to fear its citizenry. In this case it was more of politically charged gross incompetence, so I doubt anything like this will happen again anytime soon. -

Well I know there is an additional 15% self employment tax on top of income and everything else. Not sure how donations are taxesd, but wonder if he can claim his apartment as an office and use moving expenses as a write off.
