I play Astro Empires pretty addictively and on numerous servers, but my big story is from Pegasus Server. You see, there are numerous people who create multi-accounts in order to spam the server with a numerical advantage for their respective guilds. As is the case, I was with Guild Name: [EPA] for Pegasus Server, and we were up against [CHINA], whose name was aptly derived because it was a Balor Guild. Balor is actually a long time Astro Empires player notorious for using multi's. In fact, one of his cronnies, a guy named Silver Knight actually rose to the top ranks of the [EPA] guild and during the battle for P25 called for a full scale blob invasion while the other GMs were asleep for the night. The result was that [EPA] launched most of its fleets and was derbed on landing causing the conflict for the Pegasus lowers to go almost entirely in [CHINA]s favor. Afterwards, [EPA] was forced to locate entirely up to P30 and later P40 as [CHINA] advanced up the server almost unimpeded. The server is now contested, but for a long time Balor pretty much held complete control of everything up to P30. Oh, and the best part was that Silver Knight defected afterwards and joined [China], pure classic betrayal... which nearly killed the entire server.
