    Huh?Is that a cutscene, or something you can build in-game (google isn't helping much further than "there is something like an airship in this game series")? Sounds like i might want to check it out after all. I haven't played fallout 4, but I think those buildings are from it

    damn chiefwhosm, I've didn't have much trouble with Max Payne, have you looked at this? http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Max_Payne I think i just had to use 2 quick fixes and turn off anti aliasing to get it working fine, fallout 3 caused me more problems
