When I saw the first half of the video I thought this was going to be like the point and click equivalent of Postal because Ross mentioned that people who are easily offended shouldn't watch it. The sexual innuendo laden cookbook lead me to believe more in my theory of this being point and click Postal. I'm glad that I watched the second half because I would have wrote this game off otherwise. I hate games like Postal. Anyway I might consider getting Still Life if it goes on sale.

I had a ton of issues trying to send Ross my screenshots. First I tried posting them to this forum as an attachment but I couldn't because of the 2mb limit. Then I tried uploading them to Imgur, Imgur failed to upload them and gave me blank white screenshots. Lastly I tried emailing them to Ross directly. I got an email saying he wasn't able to get the screenshots so I sent them a second time. I didn't get an email confirming whether or not he got them so I don't what had happened to the screenshots. I would also like to ask some questions in hopes of making submitting screenshots as hassle free as possible for next time. . Does the quality of the screenshot matter? I could make my screenshots .jpegs instead of a .pngs if Ross doesn't need quality. . Are there any guidelines for the resolution of said screenshots? The screenshots that I've been taking are the size of my monitor which is 1600x900. . Are there any dedicated screenshooting programs that you guys could recommend? I've been using in-game stuff and I think that might be one of my problems. . Does Ross have a size limit in terms of the files he can receive? If it's unspecific I would like just a general guideline to follow Well those are my questions, I hope they help out anyone else who's having the same issues as I am.

Have I been overthinking this? Man I really should lay off the caffeine. I thought this was some sort of elaborate prank involving reverse psychology.

Ross how are things going between you and Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation? Yahtzee mentions in his latest Let's Drown Out that he likes your sense of humor and videos and that he unconsciously copied your quote . He mentions that he emailed you to clear the air and so I'd like to hear what you have to say. I hope that this situation can be put to rest.

I have an update for this thread. In his most recent Let's Drown Out Yahtzee was asked if he's watched the Freeman's Mind series and brings up Ross's Claim of him copying his quote . He basically says that he unconsciously copied the quote. I'll be honest I thought I had made a total ass of myself by falling for a prank Ross made.

Ross I know you've had issues running older games on newer hardware. Have you considered getting a dedicated old games PC? I was thinking you could consult with Clint from Lazy Game Reviews about whats doable for your given situation.

Are you going to take any requests for the Game Dungeon? I don't think I've seen you use the suggestions on these forums so I thought it might be worth asking. It's perfectly fine if you don't want to take requests. I just want to know ahead of time if you will or not before I submit my suggestions because if you don't take requests my suggestions are kinda pointless. Also what can your audience in general do to support the movie?

I wonder how difficult it would be to make a port of Dungeon Siege. The elder scrolls III Morrowind has a port called Openmw https://openmw.org/en/. It might be difficult but not impossible.

I think that might be the case. I remember playing Dungeon Siege on a PC with a dual core CPU with Windows and I had the exact same issues with the exact same fixes as Ross did.

I think you can do that by using the "Upload Attachment" section below the main reply textbox inside the full editor. Tried that, I got a message saying I can't upload anything larger than 2mbs.

Does anyone know if I can post my screenshots straight from my PC? I don't have them uploaded to any site currently.

I wish Dungeon Siege 1 would come to GOG. I used to play it a ton. But now I'm missing the discs and don't have it installed on my PC . The GOG team could probably fix all the issues Dungeon Siege 1 has. They were able get Revenant playable for all current versions of Windows with no issues what so ever. http://www.gog.com/game/revenant I don't know how they do it but I swear these guys are wizards.

Hey Ross, have you heard of an MMO called Skyforge? I watched your Secret World episode and I immediately thought of it as a parallel to Skyforge. This is an MMO with slick combat and weak story. First it doesn't have the single target focused combat that you mentioned you hated. Instead it functions similarly to a third person shooter. There's a lot of different types of combat depending on your class. You can have ability combos, abilities that you can hold down to get a greater effect, stacking abilities and plenty more. You can also switch your class at anytime so you aren't limited to a single class. In fact the game encourages you to try out as many classes as possible. While it is kind of grindy most of the time it doesn't feel like it because you're constantly getting new toys to play with. Right now it's currently in beta so there's somethings the developers need to iron out but still it is an amazing MMO with absolutely sublime combat.

Oh dear god, there are no words to describe how I'm feeling right now. I've been Punk'd or Ross'd if you will.

I would like to preface this with the following. Please do not misconstrue what I am saying. I don't want to start some drama between Ross and Yahtzee or make Ross angry. I want to help mend some bridges between the both of them if I can by dissecting this issue and talking it out civilly. They're two of my favorite video makers and I want to help put this to rest. I don't understand what Ross sees in these two clips that are similar outside of that quote. Even then I think it's human nature that we say phrases that sound similar to one another. I had this one occurrence where two different people said the exact same words in the exact same way except for the ends of their sentences. I had to re-read their posts because I thought I saw a double post initially. Outside of the quote there really isn't much to go by. If I mute both videos you would have no idea that they were related. Now if Yahtzee had not only copied the quote but also copied the scenario that Ross was in where he was jumping over that pit then I would say he's right. As Ross's claim stands I'm not so sure. In the couple of videos Ross has appeared in with Tom and Tyler they seemed perplexed by this whole issue. I'm honestly not sure if Ross believes what he's saying. Judging by how depressing he is sounding it looks like he didn't even want to bring it up but felt compelled to for some reason. Anyway Ross if you're reading this I hope whatever issues you're having with Yahtzee get resolved.
