Populous: The Beginning. Never heard of it? Populous, as a series, is considered the reason for the term "god game" - In my personal opinion, it has a very odd, but unique charm to it. Otherwise, also developed by Bullfrog, Dungeon Keeper 2 is a very fitting game for October. Please note, I have terrible taste.
