  1. I highly doubt they'll ever see this It's just in case people go "omg ther not rosscot!!!1!" Doug, Yahtzee and Ross are pretty much lost brothers. I have seen some activity on the GD thread for Test Drive, so that may well be the case.
  2. Just time for one more Inb4 Doug Walker and Yahtzee Croshaw What were we talking about? Ah yes, experimental videos.

  5. God On Lithium Loudly Yells LOFTS
  6. In Loft Studios, listening to drum tracks. May or may not get some bass tracks down today.
  7. Start The Week on Radio 4.
  8. Gambling is very addictive, like nicotine, alcohol, narcotics. I wouldn't make it illegal (it's probably impossible, given how well established it is with things like the lottery, and fruits machines in pubs), because there's the issue of more...underground forms which are harder to track and control, and would have graver consequences if caught up in them. Sadly, I don't have a solution that doesn't sound hollow. My band have a song about it, though, recorded before I joined EDIT: Like, designated gambling areas?
  9. Steve realized that intellectuals ran over political parties for children while flipping poop.
  10. If Newcastle is a cesspit full of wankers, you might be a Mackem.
  11. I *love* Bee and Puppycat! ----
  12. When my mum lost a week's memory one morning, I feared it was part of something more serious. We had the local hospital on the phone who helped us, and I stayed by her side reminding her of what had been going on in the week. I was calm, but I had that *feeling* in my stomach you get when you feel genuine fear. Luckily, it was nothing serious, and my mum's memory was back by the afternoon. What is your hometown/state famous for?
  13. Raunchy.
  14. Steve theorized that monkeys ran over birthday parties for tribbles while throwing cars.
  15. This. Thank you for reintroducing me to this.

  17. Looking for some shoopin'.
  18. Actually, scrap the £100, I'm going in for full investment on this.
  19. I mentioned it elsewhere a while back, but I like the notion that God - or whatever higher level of Being there may be - created Earth as a kind of Xel'Naga-type creation experiment. I'm undecided about what happened after that, but if we go by the Athiest argument "If god exists, why is there suffering?", then I'll say the Creator regarded the experiment inconclusive and left to try elsewhere. I do like Starcraft. Jeb, before this gets out of hand, get a new topic going!
  20. There's not much I can really add here that I didn't say in my first post. One thought process that likely causes a problem is "What does it mean to be a woman?" and likewise "What does it means to be a man?" What makes male and female different? How distinct should the genders be from one another? In the pursuit of equality, what characteristics should be retained as 'gender-specific'? I may go into further depth later (as I need to head into town right now), but this is something I've thought about a lot. And throughout recent human history, a difference between two people can form the basis of stereotyping, which then grows into prejudice. As I said previously, it's our attitudes that need to change. And I fear, given the track record, if that's at all possible for something as universal and fundamental as Gender.
