  1. Happy Birthday, Ross! Well I'll be "that guy" and post a Google Document conveniently titled "Good Game Music Soundtracks" consisting of 226 games, but it hasn't been updated for a while now. Feel free to look through it if you'd like: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13TrtVLoJ4JNXALyLkRbvTT3iLTU33WUuPVFZYpm0drw As far as personal recommendations go, here are some of my favourite soundtracks: The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDWrj6ynqDMHlvwaYcx90U4B8xVXTci9p Killing Floor 2 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FX-2W5trZQ PAYDAY 2 - https://overkillsoundtracks.bandcamp.com/album/payday-2-official-soundtrack PAYDAY 2 Trailer/Website Music - https://overkillsoundtracks.bandcamp.com/album/overkill-b-sides Red Alert 2 - Stronghold - Stronghold Crusader - -crusader-musicRobot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball - https://82apps.bandcamp.com/album/robot-roller-derby-disco-dodgeball-the-soundtrack
  2. I am now genuinely sad. 'Tis been a long trip of fun and games, Ross. Here's hoping that you have more.... fun making the other projects that you have planned! And then move on to HL2 because I don't know who the fuck wouldn't want that. Besides, it should be easier because it shouldn't be THAT much of a bigger technical mess.... right? Anyways, do what your heart and mind tells you and don't listen to any of us people! Listening to people just brings out more problems. And that after-credits scene was just nightmare fuel.
  3. I hope the series ends with Gabe Newell being there instead of The G-Man and he announces HL3. Probably. Maybe. Maybe not. Nonetheless, I've been a fan of this series since the early days and man, I will miss it. Everything from the scientist diving through the office window, the green tentacle monsters, backrubs to the lack of helmets, facehuggers and babes in the biology department. A 7 year long Half-Life playthrough, and the best of them all.
