It's hot, the rain has turned into a storm, it is half dark, half light, the thunder is the loudest I have ever heard. I feel like this: uhKUDe3K_vY

^Nice!^ OT: Fauré's Requiem, mixed with the sound of the rain outside. EDIT: Okay, now it has changed to thunder. And this is literally the loudest, scariest, most beautiful thunder I have heard in my life. It's not hard to see why people used to think thunder was caused by terrifying, angry gods

I'm probably not interesting enough to try streaming myself. The only streams I watch are Ross' streams (of course), HelixSnake's and very old Yogscast streams. Speaking of YouTubers, here are some of my subscriptions:

#25 Well, I am friends with a homophobic/racist/hateful person. It's especially his racism I'm uncomfortable with, but really he seems to just hate everyone and everything. I'm still friends with him because I still have the hope that I can somehow change him. I know that deep within he is just a nice guy, going through an arsehole phase.

Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier (PS2) Not as good as the other J&D games, probably because it wasn't developed by Naughty Dog.

Doomsday (2008) The film is basically 28 Days Later, resulting in Escape from New York, in the style of Mad Max 2, with some Far Cry 3 thrown in. And set in Scotland. Has some nice action, but it suffers from the same problem a lot of films have: Fight scenes shot in such a way that you have no idea what's going on. Also has a few pretty cool practical effects though. Extremely silly, but also entertaining. Has a few problems, but is still fun. 5.5/10

Other countries/locations in the Fallout universe
Reverend_UshankaCat_ replied to Selfsurprise's topic in Gaming in general
I'm not too familiar with the Fallout lore, having only played a few hours of New Vegas and a tiny bit of the first game and Tactics, but what happened to Iceland? Is it far enough away from Europe to survive nuclear explosions? -
Don't go outside anymore, or at least avoid it as much as possible. There's the knowledge that any second you could accidentaly do something that someone might perceive as a threat and shoot you, and they're extremely jumpy too because they know the same could happen to them. ...if a movie company asked you to direct a big budget Hollywood movie based on your favourite video game?

Awful, sick, miserable. And yesterday I saw one of the most depressing films I have ever seen ("Threads") and the memory is still very much in my head, so that's not helping either.

Nearly got run over by one of those bloody bycicle terrorist who think they're so damn privileged and can ride on the pavement. Because they're OBVIOUSLY pedestrians.

Technically I'm answering my own question right now... Anyway, my favourite part of our history is the Peaceful Revolution of '89 and the fall of the Berlin Wall. Man, I wish I had been there at the time. The only time I'd ever want to go to Berlin. Would rather be eaten by a panda with rabies or your best friend?

Have you met his friend Captain Blood Loss?

Listening to a really boring, monotone woman giving a really boring, uninspired lecture about a really borng, unimportant subject. Seriously, if she doesn't care, why should I.

This morning, when I said that "Thank God for the rain" thing, I was just quoting Taxi Driver, but it really is raining today! And considering how hot it's been the last couple of days, that is something to thank God for. May 10 - Thank God for the rain, help just wash away the heat and sweat off my body.

Happy Birthday, BTG!
