I've been watching a lets play of it and there's perhaps one jump scare in the whole game and you can miss it if you're too slow. Also the tension is ruined when you learn that the enemies teleport near you if they get too far.

Why do people praise the first Dungeon Siege so much? It's so unbearably dull spending over an hour walking down the same looking halls, fighting the same five enemies, listening to the same song on loop, and dealing with the almost brain dead party AI. I can't bring myself to finish this game at all and it just makes me angry with how long each area drags on and on and on.

Image boards and forums are inherently better by not only having boards to keep topics contained, but also have moderators who will ban and purge posts that are disruptive to the topic at hand be it either shitposting or just bait. I feel anyone should be allowed to own what ever pet they want. Most pets are just fine when domesticated from a cub/hatchling/kitten/pup/whatever. Many are able to recognize faces and almost never attack the owner unless they do something to piss them off. Also animals really don't need as much space as one would think, even birds do well indoors.

First World Bank is back and now drills can be dropped in game. That's one step closer to fixing the mess that is day 1. Now they need to unfuck the weapons stats, get rid of the stat boosting skins, and we'll be good to go.

The steam forums, /pdg/, /v/, facepunch, Leddit, and Last Bullet are pissed. And complete radio silence from Overshill. From what I heard the new heist is rushed as fuck with very poor assets and even missing textures. We're also stealing said safes that have caused the uproar to begin with. Edit: So someone is actually going ahead and is attempting legal action against Overkill for false advertisement. This is honestly the first time I've seen anyone try this against a video game company even though they do this kind of thing all the time and for well over a decade at least. I'm hoping it will gain some ground and hurt Overkill and Starbreeze.
