I haven't heard about any Polish space exploration program... but I don't have a TV What do you mean? LOL, it was just a joke, there is a comic in the internet called PolandBall (google it) that represents the countries as balls that talk (it is very funny) and for some reason Poland wants to go to space but can't, so, since my country Brazil does have a space program but our rockets always fail I tried to joke about it.
