My vent: I'm tired of coming in to this thread to see people FIGHTING I'm not sure if you guys realize this, but the whole point of this thread is for people to let off steam so they can at least feel better to some degree This may be shocking news to you guys, but FIGHTING WITH AND BELITTLING OTHER PEOPLE DOES NOT MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER.

Strange request but I'll try. I don't believe in the supernatural, I do believe consciousness works in a funny way similar to how reincarnationists think souls work. The brain has a silly way of telling you that you're alive and there's STUFF behind you, when you lose that sentient consciousness (by dying, no less), congratulations, you get to start life anew as another conscious being. Keep in mind I speak in 2nd person for the sake of simplicity, it's more along the lines of one person's consciousness becomes the next person's consciousness when they die. It just so happens to be your consciousness now and for all you fucking know it could be Einstein's tomorrow. See, I like this little hypothesis because I still have yet to find solid contradiction to it. The closest thing I've managed to think of was a particular child who lived to the age of 3 without a brain, but he wasn't particularly conscious and only had the basic ability to breathe and consume nutrients. I doubt I'm the only one to think this and I'm sure there's a name for what I do believe, I'm simply too lazy to find it out because I constantly question my own beliefs. My guess is that the only reason I started thinking this way is because I've lived such a shitty fucking life thus far and there isn't exactly jack shit I can do about it. A plethora of mental issues, poor physical health, not to mention I'm simply not smart or particularly talented at any specific thing. I do feel like the system I grew up in set me up for failure, it simply wasn't meant for a person like me. I'm living to die at this point and I think that's why I concern myself so heavily with this topic. That said, I could see myself believing in ghosts, spirits, or demons. I simply would never believe they exist in religious context. Edit: wow i was out of it when i wrote this.

Beetle armor I actually have no clue, I've played so little of this update because it felt too much like 1.2. Maybe I haven't played enough or it's just because I started out in regular instead of expert.

This game is officially dead. Either Valve is trying to appeal to the CS:GO crowd since that game gets like 5x the daily amount of players TF2 does or they're intentionally trying to kill it. They buffed the loch n' load, which was already broken beyond fucking words, and then they nerfed the Powerjack which had no balance issues in the first place. But the best part, the best part is that now you can no longer collect ammo from fallen weapons. You have to pick the fucking weapon up replacing your own primary. I doubt I'll be playing this game much after quite possibly the worst update in TF2 history. That said, I'm still working on a TF2-related SFM project involving a certain David Bowie song. I'll post it here when I get that finished up. I may fucking hate the game as it is but I still love what it was before Valve totally lost it.
