I think that depends on what the soundboard-software-website-thingy supports though. That reminds me: Who's going to host it? Unless we use some third-party soundboard site (if a good one even exists) someone's going to need to look after the webhosting.

Get a copy of Audacity -- it's free and works on a bunch of different operating systems. Play around with it a bit. Note the 'Export selection' under the File menu, and 'Clip Boundaries' submenu under Edit. Documentation here too, if you prefer that to just messing around to figure out things. If you plan to export MP3 files* you also need to grab a copy of LAME. *This is something that needs to be decided on, so we don't end up with a weird mixup of different formats and bitrates from different people. Also a consistent filenaming scheme! I hope I'm not being too takey-chargey or anything like that.

The way I see it: - Cropping the sound files to the individual phrases. - Match up the phrases to the subtitles. - Putting them in order. - Putting the soundboard together. Making a big job into smaller jobs can make it seem a lot less daunting I think.

A soundboard per episode is how I'd do it personally. Though something like this might be worth a look at.

Huh that's weird the last time I checked Freeman's Mind series was over 6 hours. Did I measure it wrong or something.

You should do what you want. If you don't, later on something might happen and you'll have a lot of regrets for not doing it when you could.

That's what it sounded like to me. "Curd" seems awful weird though. Maybe it's "Kurd"? (I think that's some sort of ethnic group or another.) That still doesnt make much sense though.
