YMMV on the "beloved" part, but Bubsy 3D killed the Bubsy franchise permanently.

As it says in the title, what's the worst video game, in your opinion, to have ever been created, and in what way (like worst game for a certain genre)? For me, the worst game is a hard hard pick, but ET Atari definitely deserves a mention for being an active cause of the Video Game Crash of '83. In terms of sheer awfulness, Earth: Year 2066 takes the cake of ape feces and roadkill by miles. I wouldn't even recommend watching a video of it or reading a description, because chances are you'll lose any faith in humanity you might have had (especially considering it was being sold for $20 on Steam). If you need help finding a horrible game, here you go: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Horrible/VideoGameGenerations What game do you think deserves the title of worst?

Cave Story Iji OFF These are must have games, and to sweeten the deal, all are freeware.

I have to re-recommend these, especially OFF. All of these are freeware and cost no money to play. They are quite the experience, and I encourage people to play them on their own time as well. I have to make this request: Hong Kong '97. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hong_Kong_97_(video_game) You MUST get your hands on this game.

It was cited as the main influence.

Hatred, as you may or may not know, is a third person isometric shooter recently released on Steam where you play as a psychopathic spree killer (dubbed "Not Important" by fans) who wants to die violently in a twisted last stand, while killing as many people as he can before he dies. The game has subsequently garnered immense hatred from "Moral Guardians" and people who are genuinely offended by the game's ultraviolent content. What do you guys and gals think about the game? All controversy aside I've heard complaints that the game's AI is unpolished or sub-par and gameplay is repetitive, but that the physics engine and stylized graphics are pretty good. I admit it. I'm terrible at debating and have a hard time controlling my temper.

Yes, you're sexist. Here: MRA movement is misogynistic to the core, feminism is not majority sexist. -

I don't know where to put this exactly, so I'm posting it here. I think that the rule enforcement here is really, really lax. Now it may be because I've been to forums where rule enforcement is quite strict in comparison, but I've seen people here who should have been banned or at least kicked for some of the things that they've said, past and present, including myself. I think we need more rigid enforcement of the site rather than catering to almost anyone with an opinion, no matter how ridiculous. Anyone agree, disagree, and why?

Get out. Seriously, GG is just a misogynist, MRA temper tantrum, that's all it is or ever was. -
Historical figure you would put on trial?

Only one, ONE of your sources rules in your favor, and yes, I read them all. The last source actually disproves your statement, arguing for further affirmative action. -
Who is a historical figure you would put on trial? Before names start being thrown around, here are the rules: - The person in question must be deceased. - The person in question did not receive a trial in their living life. - The person in question will be afforded a fair and objective trial for their actions. With these rules in mind, who would you choose, what are the charges, what are the evidence (for the purpose of this scenario assume eyewitnesses are summoned as well, but only people who were not killed or harmed by the person in question) and what law code would they stand trial at (said code must be international, like the ICC, Geneva, UN, etc.)?

Why yes. These quotas you refer to do not exist in the United States in any form. The system which you describe is in place in India. And while you may have unfortunately gotten the shit end of the stick thanks to discrimination against you, your case is the exception, not the rule. -

Actually, only a very few religions believe that. (all are non-Christian) Quite frankly these are bigoted comments with little credible evidence to back it up. I cannot believe, with my own two eyes, that this could be allowed on the site, of all the places on the 'Net. Then I'll be happy to fill in the blanks: the MRA and masculinists jumped on this like wolves smelling blood and directed some truly despicable and copious amounts of hate towards both Anita and women and general (up to and including death threats against women in the video game industry and Anita). They have since tried covering up their actions by repeating the lie "it's about ethics in gaming journalism!". To sum it up, "Gamergate" is a misogynist shitshow. -

Xen is refered to as a "Great Filter" by Marc Liadlaw, isn't it? building up off this, perhaps Race X is 'native' to Xen, but is never encountered there as they are located in a different part of it. -
Situation in Ramadi is almost completely fucked. http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/middle_east/isis-gains-control-of-major-iraqi-city/2015/05/15/68a8036c-fb0c-11e4-a47c-e56f4db884ed_story.html?hpid=z1 EDIT:http://www.newsobserver.com/news/article21177543.html Now it is completely fucked; looks like ISIS have taken over the entire city or near enough of it. Now sectarian warfare will start on a much worse level then previously seen.

Quick quip: While I criticised some guy for suggesting it before, I'm starting to think that the HECU force is only about 5,000 in number, with around 3,000 infantry and the other 2,000 spread out over pilots, tank crews, etc.
