Unless there's a really special exception, I don't plan to be covering ANY Nintendo games after I heard about them going after Youtube creators, sorry. Besides, there's a lot more coverage of old console games than PC ones out there. Also for what it's worth, I think Super Metroid and Donkey Kong Country are also serious contenders for the "best game soundtrack" running. Damn, first machinima, now Nintendo? Well, on the bright side, at least another video game review is coming up next. If you were to do a mainstream game, could you give an example?

Perhaps next you can play Shadowrun (the SNES version)?

Is an M-16 superior to an AK-47? Or the other way around?

Hm. So, if there was to be one branch of government that tried to take full control over the other two, which would it be?

It's really disappointing considering both political parties (the major ones, anyhow) are willing to do this (Bush created the PATRIOT Act, and Obama expanded the surveillance programs). I wonder if this would've happened if bin Laden didn't order the 9/11 attacks (however small the chance may be)

Because the media either gains money or power by ignoring it. That, and the intimidation factor... Being imprisoned without trial for as long as the government wants combined with everything in mass media being censored means you aren't going to get any mass-media reporters that will do anything about it. I think the "bread and circuses" idea fits well here (which, for people who don't know, means that you're well fed and distracted with "circuses" to keep you distracted from real problems)

You have to have some racial equality, but at the same time, you can't just think that mass immigration is the solution either (which seems to be your criticism). If you DARE say the EU is a dictatorship, you can fucking live here and see how you like it. The immigrants here wouldn't riot, as they get jobs and food and unemployment checks from the money taxpayers give the government. Next time you see a feminist making a big deal about being called a bitch, troll her to death. Again, it's a fuck ton worse in the US, if you can believe that (your country still has some politicians with sense in them; no political party here knows or cares about what's good for the people) along with people abusing the unemployment check and food stamp systems.

While I have faith in the judicial system (for now), these are pretty bad violations of Constitutional rights, that if not resolved in a few years, we may end up like Stalin's Russia, viciously pursuing dissenters and scapegoating problems on minorities (Hispanics, Muslims, and to a lesser extent Asians, come to mind) and people they brand "traitors". We are probably on that road, but we still have a chance to come back (although at the rate we're going, the US will be a shattered nation, especially if your estimates of secessionist movements are true, as well as my estimates of increasing Chinese power). I wonder why the media would ignore such an issue (unless they were accepting bribes or being intimidated)?

Imagine the sheer size of Black Mesa. It would take about a week to clear the place of alien wildlife (all of which is hostile to human beings), some of which would have still been displaced due to the effects of the Resonance Cascade, AND clear the building of all humans, all of this being done by about a division sized force (around 20,000 men), and we aren't even taking into account the structural damage from the Resonance Cascade AND the thousands of safety hazards plaguing the complex AND the Nihilanth pouring in forces en masse. Imagine doing all that with a force of 5,000 or less men, with a person tearing through your men at almost every turn. The privates wouldn't know what was going on until they got there, but surely SOMEONE up the chain of command would have some sort of assessment plan (the Marines were on standby in case of the incident too, evidenced by Shepard's diary entries).

Even if there wasn't millions, they still maintained numerical superiority. The HECU would probably be more organized than the aliens until the last hours and withdrawal. Also, you stick to the games a little TOO much, and it's pretty clear that a videogame isn't the same as the real world (which is what I base my assumptions on (and I still stand by my estimates)).
-
Well let me just say that a few thousand troops going against millions of aliens would result in a massacre.
-
Perhaps, if they kept calling in reinforcements to replace their losses.
