One thing I've always been curious of is how Freeman will react to people directly asking him questions and such. Take Alyx, for example: "You're a man of few words, aren't you?" I'd like to see how Ross takes Freeman through the much more grandiose world of HL2. That is, should Ross decide to do it. (And I don't really think fan support should be an issue)

Why yes, yes I am! On topic, right now I get the house to myself and I'm doing what I always do when this situation arises: blare excessively loud music from my stereo until I get complaints from the neighbors and wildly dance around in embarrassing poses.

Provolone. Works great on my sammiches. Other than that, I like Colby Jack, and brick (I think that's what it's called??) cheese. I'm not really a picky eater, so I'll be willing to try almost anything, but it's really hard to find a good cheese around these parts.

Here's mine. Don't laugh (too much)! I'm into architecture, so most of my backgrounds are dams and buildings and such.

yes I did. When I clicked over where the video should have been, It just showed "movie not loaded" and hung there.

Only Sim City I have ever played. Drawing faces in the landscape and sending giant robots to destroy the cities FTW. I do this whenever I'm "done" with the city. Meaning I've either done all I could do with it or I've screwed up horribly xD

Well I WAS gonna post a sooper cool song on here, but the dammed video won't load

Well, admittedly, I played both half-life 2 and Kotor 1+2 on the Xbox originally. I later got into Half-life 2 and the later Valve games through the Orange Box on the PC. I've only had a computer capable of playing games for about four years now, so there was a large portion of the time when I played games the most that I missed out on a lot of the cool PC games of that time.

Yeah, my PC gaming experience is kinda limited. There for a while all I played were console games. I mean, I WISH I could come up with more exciting choices, but those are just the best out of the ones I've played.

If anyone wants to play with me... I HAVE NO FRIENDS *sobs*... my steam name is igottheflag

Picking PC games is a helluva lot harder than picking my favorite console games. Seeing as most consoles only have, what, maybe a 5-7 year life span. Not only that, but each console only has about five truly GREAT games. The PC, on the other hand, has over two decades of games with countless "good" to "great" titles. But I digress, that's kinda off topic. Anyway, Here's my five favorite PC Games: 1) Half-Life 2- I mean, that's why we're all here, isn't it? When it was released, this game was the bleeding edge of great graphics (which in my opinion still hold up today), phenomenal storytelling/writing, gameplay, art, level design... I could go on. In other words, it is one of the very few games that I would consider "art" 2) Sim City 4- this was a really hard one for me, because all of the Sim City games (save for those new abominations) are absolutely excellent. But the fourth incarnation of this series really was the best, most polished, and realistic of the bunch. This is by far and away the only game that I have spent hundreds of hours playing, and am wiling to put hundreds of hours more into. 3) Kotor 1 and 2- Both are excellent. The Writing, dialogue, the sheer amount of engrossment that these games have to offer is unreal. When I first played these games, they utterly blew me away. There are only a few good Star Wars games; well, these are two of the best games of all time, period. 4) Half-Life - The original. The quintessential shooter. My first real PC-gaming experience. Is there really anymore to say about this game? 5) Mass Effect 1&2 - This was the hardest one to pick (isn't the last one always the hardest?). I mean, I'm still so pissed off at the ME3 that I didn't even want to consider the first two. But they really are truly great games. I know, they're not really "PC" games, but that's how I play them, and in my opinion, that's how they should be played. Narrowly missing my list would be Portal 2.

Where it began, I can't begin to knowin' But then I know it's growing strong Was in the spring And spring became the summer Who'd have believed you'd come along. Hands, touchin' hands Reachin' out, touchin' me touchin' you Sweet Caroline Good times never seemed so good I've been inclined To believe they never would But now I, look at the night And it don't seem so lonely We fill it up with only two. And when I hurt, Hurtin' runs off my shoulders How can I hurt when I'm with you Warm, touchin' warm Reachin' out, touchin' me touchin' you Sweet Caroline Good times never seemed so good I've been inclined, To believe they never would Oh, no, no Sweet Caroline Good times never seemed so good Sweet Caroline, I believe they never could Sweet Caroline.........

Hello! Diaperjacket here- longtime fan of Accursed Farms, Freemans Mind, and Civil Protection. I'm also somewhat of a lurker on these here forms, so I finally decided to make an account! So hopefully I'll be accepted into the ranks of you cool peeps and share my love of Half-Life. Oh, and I'm really, really bad at introductions, in case you haven't noticed! Other miscellaneous things about me: I live in the beautiful (read: boring and dreary) city of Kirkland, Washington. Fun fact! This is the city that Valve was founded in. And I'm a 19 year old male. If that sorta thing matters.
