My guess is that they were attacked by a Charger. It managed to pummel 3 of them. The lady who lost her tongue bit it off in terror. The others managed to get away and hide from it.

Not really sure what you mean by "Tournament", but I can add it as an event on the steam group if you can agree on a time. People tend to forget even with that though.
