Funny thing is, Crysis isn't the "ultimate stress test" any more, because it is TERRIBLY optimized for newer systems. It will run bad even if you far exceed the specs that SHOULD run it well; I know this from personal experience. For example, I have a PC that can run Battlefield Bad Company 2 (graphics hog from 2010) on max settings at a decent framerate, but Call of Duty 4 (a mediocre-looking game from 2007) runs like absolute crap on it at medium-high settings. Now a days, Battlefield 3 or possibly the yet-unreleased Crysis 3 will be your best bet. OT: Mixing and mastering and all that fun stuff.
