Rarity, please don't get involved in mine and Chuck's feud, especially since you're comparing art to videos. And that the bulk of that art is just tracing stuff from the show (oh yeah, I went there). Thought the tumblr thing is impressive. Maybe I should start using mine. In the Youtube video editor put a pause after the movie is over, then make the pause as long as you want the time inbetween looping to be. Oh, and guys, this is the song for the next (simple) PMV I'm working on. I picked it because it's easy, a breather from my effects-heavy PMVs. Then after that I think I'll do Little Lion Man. It's got a lot of soul, and I'm only going to do it if I know I can put my full effort into it. It deserves it. Oh, and I found this on tumblr. Couldn't help but think of my favorite co-writer. He's pretty cool, yes, and a trend starter, but mmmandarinorange liking my PMV, going to bronycon, and having 12 times as many subscribers means I'm still better than you. Your little chat with Shiropoint mimicking his style made more jelly than that. Though I am curious what you're discussing. Just technical stuff, techniques, music and clip choice, styles? You know, I always did want to write a PMV guide...

It wasn't so much passive-aggression as just avoidance. I would never lie about it, but I wasn't going to be a ungrateful, and I couldn't just say nothing because he asked me about it. I just had absolutely no idea what to say. If you want I can post or PM the conversation.

You guys PAID for Vegas? Suckers. My Dad gave me mine. Don't know whether his/mine/ours are legal, though. And BTW if you can find previous versions cheaper go for it. I'm still using Vegas 7 and CS3 (though I was forced to upgrade AE to CS3 so I could help my dad with something).

(This isn't an angry vent, just a "WTF I don't know what to do AAAAA" vent) I just had one of the most difficult conversations I've ever had online. I edited some guy's MLP fanfic once, and he kept telling me how grateful he was. One day he asked to borrow my degreaser on TF2 (my favorite pyro weapon, and the only one I had), and when I got it back it had name AND description tags that essentially said "thank you for editing my MLP fic." I'll get shit for being a brony on any non-pony server, and on pony servers I'll just get requests to be an editor. The name itself is long and clunky and overly personal. I can't take the name off because tags are hard to find and I don't want to be a douche to such a nice guy. It's my only one, though, so I can't just keep it in the backpack as a keepsake. Really it was just poorly thought over, but I'm not going to say that. And, of course, he asked me if I liked it or not. I said "look over there!" then went offline, I just had no clue how to continue. When I did go back online, I just admitted I couldn't say something nice and was instead saying nothing at all, and he gave me another degreaser, then we both kind of shuffled away slowly to write our fics. That's kind of like borrowing your car, going to the paint shop, and getting a detail saying "thank you for helping me move." Now every friend you have is gonna ask you to help move, but you can't get rid of it because your friend paid good money to get it on there and you don't want to look like an ass. Also it looks ugly.

It was my Dad's birthday on Sunday and I was going to make him a cake but I woke up sick as a mofo, stayed sick the next day, stayed in the hospital the next few days, and only now got to make him one, but of course the weather was so hot that my home-made buttercream frosting started melting even after letting the cake cool for like half an hour. Ugh. --- About energy drinks, I've had 3 in my life, and that was because I went to a LotR drinking game (full trilogy, extended edition) and opted to have shots of monster energy instead of vodka gummy bears (I coughed just tasting one). First time trying either, the monster did nothing for me so far as I could tell, though the taste wasn't as bad as people make it sound.

Voted for William Tell overture, nice bit o' music there. But only because The Planets wasn't an option, probably because it wasn't done during the classical period, and I only call it classical music because it's orchestral music. But seriously, just listen to Mars once and you will hear it in every alien invasion movie forever.

I went to a college party once (and only once) and didn't like any one I met there because they were all the partying type. I had a single beer under extenuating circumstances. Except there was one girl who had a Mario mushroom necklace and minor gaming knowledge. We played beer pong together (she drank, I didn't). Only saw her a few more times when she came back form parties with my roommates. Bought her/the group pizza once. I do have her number and am facebook friends with her, but she's in a relationship.
