That was a very DAMN good episode Ross. The secene with the dam was so DAMN good especially when freeman fired his god DAMN gun at all those guys and such. That DAMN sound editing for god DAMN forever but it was DAMN worth it for the wait. That DAMN water was everywhere i don't like how no one has DAMN stuff for the one Freeman. Will everyone stop complaining about Freeman's mind and Half-Life 3 getting worked on late. This thread is basically "I WANT FREEMANS MIND EPS FOR 10 SECONDS CUZ I HATE QUALITY". Half-Life 3 isn't coming out because Ricochet 2 is being worked on (thank god this game finally gets some attention from valve, concepts for it are awesome). If you guys have a problem with the fact that Ross has a life, he's trying to make a movie, he's trying to satisfy fans and also trying to get amazing quality for each episodes without goofing it up. This isn't that random side of youtube, here things take a while so that they can be perfect.

I don't know what everyone's problem is with machinima. Personally I just don't subscribe to them and check stuff manually and i don't really end up wasting time, in fact it usually saves me time rather than searching that terrifying sub box. I've never subscribed to machinima and i feel happy about that. And while we're in the topic it is true that random cartoon guys that make errrm...totally mature content like all the time yeah..get allot of views but thanks to machinima allot of people get popular allot faster. Heck, a youtube LPer (won't mention any names so no one gets pissed saying i advertise) has a job making videos thanks to machinima. Just wait patiently peeps.

Well Black Mesa and Apreture are similar and different from one another. Black Mesa's soul purpose was alien/universe/dimension study as well as creating very dangerous weapons for the military.A good example of Black Mesa's portal technology is their portable portal gun that leads straight into xen (from opp force, i count it as a part of BM's tech).Meanwhile Apreture has a completely different idea.Cave had one main plan,science..for some reason.He wanted to exploit the new discoveries with the portals that he found so he can seek multiple purposes for them.Though unfortunately as he kept experimenting he was soon poisoned by the lunar dust and decided to force in his assistant to be well...turned into glados. Glados's main purpose is to test all subjects..until they get killed.If anything both Black Mesa and Apreture are basically insane places.But Black Mesa has very bad architectures and overall that's the cause of thousands of deaths,meanwhile Apreture has a bat shit insane computer who tests till death.Dunno which could be counted for worse,either way it's just two places that want SCIENCE.

Well.....headcrabs is a very very complex deal to think of.As primitive as ogranisms they look things depend on so many factors.Skin,smell,hair,food they've eaten and such are a major factor.I can assume that headcrabs aren't really spiders mostly because they soon ivolve into the big ball fucking spider thing we all know from xen in hl1.I would presumabely also think that the yellow blood is common within xen's aliens due to different blood ellements in the aliens.Depending on how well the headcrab is cooked i would say it can either taste like shit or taste like something coming out of a 5 star restaurant.It's not like headcrabs have evolved forms....oooooh shiiiii...ok things got complex now.First of all headcrabs have a middle spore type of evolution which is quite common on xen as you can see the many spore like headcrabs on the planet,that being said headcrabs could be partially mushrooms (which i hate eating).Not to mension that due to some harsh enviroments in the future of earth some headcrabs grew growing hear and becoming poisonous or became very skinny but quick due to lack of food.Either way just stop trying to make sense of the game,trust me,it's a big mindfuck.

Well from what you can find once you reach lambda and xen the HEV scientists have mass storage capsules which can store a shit ton of ammo meaning that gordon probably has one of those attacked to his suit so he can carry stuff.Maybe most of those mass storage capsules the other HEV guys had got dropped but that would be the logical explanation in a complex sci-fi world like half-life.I mean seriously,we've got not 1,not 2 but 3 friggin alien races.We've got so many different sides to follow.We have to make sence of who gman is and how the hell he got his powers.Making sence out of half life takes some theoretical physics knoledge.Gman's brain probably already reached the thought speed high enough to manipulate space time and be able to calmly accelerate or decelerate it whenever he likes.He's also probably following some even more advanced laws for how to change time itself in a specific universe and he's targetted gordon for either a master plan or just to try and save the different alien races.The portals to xen and planet X are activated due to the many amplifying crystals of xen where for planet X it is unkown what kind of technology they use.The combine are more advanced and their idea is dark energy which sounds close to dark matter which is what the universe is made out of (atleast ours).Or in short,HALF LIFE IS COMPLEX SO STOP MAKING SENCE OUT OF IT!

Considering the fact that Barney went through xen with nothing but his helmet and vest and didn't die i would say that pressure,atmosphere and ellement wise the islands are safe though i'm prety sure it's gonna be a cold place seeing as how the water looks in the dimension while at some specific islands of the xen the water seems to be in some different form meaning that it would probably be more warm but also more toxic.Overall freeman has to kill aliens and worry about the core ellements of xen's enviroment later.
