If you want to work your abs don't do sit ups, there is a better way. Lit down flat on the ground, raze your legs so they point strate up, trust your legs up into the air, repeat Flutter kicks? Or do you mean six inches? Those focus moreso on the lower abs. Situps, though not as weighty as Leg lifts, evenly cover your abdominals, keeping them all similar in size. I think they were leg lifts, I got them from P90X workout vids they played in my gym class

Fluttershy I am we'll awere of how much of a hypocrite I apear to be in doing this. I am sorry you are taking offense to what I am doing. I love this forum as much as you do and it is because I love it I'm doing this. I do not deniy that for the most part the rules as writin worked, but I am trying to stop a problem befor it begins, if the rules were clarified I would never have become the vile pig I was and I'm trying to stop anyone else from making the same misstate I did. I'm sorry but NO! The problem is that they are real peopel and that the rules as written are open to interpretation. I would not be making such a big deal about it if it has not already been shown as a problom, remember when axeldeath got banned?
