  1. I just noticed 'Hard Sunshine' has the tune to 'Cara Mia' faintly, it was pretty smart of them to add that to the hard light bridges so that Cara Mia would have more impact
  2. I liked the story of the first game but didn't have enough interest to play the second as it seemed like a rehash of most things. I've got to say though that I'm really excited about infinite. The 15min gameplay demo shown at e3 got me hooked straight away, especially for an early build.
  3. My first game was Super Mario bros. 3, that got me hooked from the start.
  4. ??¿?? How, what is it ? There's meant to be around 5 orbiting the Earth from what I remember. They're just smaller I thnk.
  5. Did you know that the Earth has more than one moon?
  6. I prefer Cara Mia most too. After everything you went through, it was a perfect way to end the game.
  7. Being able to produce a good film with a silent protagonist would be a real testament to a director's ability. I'd say, depending on the director and script, keeping Freeman mute could really work
  8. Maybe it's a mild version of multiple personality disorder but I can't explain it with other people hearing it unless you're the one speaking and just can't percieve it
  9. Gears of war 3. Horde mode with 3 friends and a system link is a lot of fun
  10. Mourn your stick, it will never return. I miss Applejack's stick, what do I do?
  11. I'd say although the effects are much improved this season that it is likely the worst one. Before this, all they did was stand around and talk but they still seemed to get more done than now. The extra video where Caboose goes into the campaign was very funny though. I also only want to see Tucker's face to see if he is actually black. His first name is Lavernius after all.
  12. Very informative, Thank-you. Although before this thread I was ignorant enough to think furries were just people that wore animal costumes at specified parties.
  13. In no order: Fight club Inception The outlaw Josey Wales Serenity Kill Bill (vol.1 and 2) Indiana Jones and the raiders of the lost arc Die hard 1 Children of men Batman begins The lion king Iron Man Pirates of the caribbean 1 The incredibles The thing Anchor man
  14. There was no offense taken. Obviously I misunderstood you in both circumstances although I think that your English is actually very strong
  15. Bombing Mecca is also a good way to piss off EVERY Muslim. That would only escalate the conflict
  16. And that is EXACTLY why I think we should try to understand terrorism and not start wars. This is not a 'war' you can win, because of the way it is fought (remember Vietnam?). It will only lead to civilian casualties and an increasingly bad relationship between East and West. Your rightification for civilian casualties is remarkable, especially since it is the exact rightification terrorists use for 9/11 and other terroristic attacks. The US (but also other western countries) have invaded their countries, have been militarily active on their territory, have influences that could be considered colonial. 9/11 was their way of fighting a war they were losing. They believe that it is not possible to solve the conflict through diplomacy or classic warfare: therefore, they have decided to wage a 'war of attrition' by attacking the US' economy (the war in Iraq is an excellent example) and terrorism. Your comments on this forum seem to me typical of the western response: we should either fight a war against them (which, as I have said before, will lead to a lot of unnecessary deaths and probably not to a real victory), or, as I have seen other people mention, we should try to educate them on the West (which I don't think is a bad idea - it's just a very one-sided idea for a two-sided conflict, and therefore seems slightly naive or arrogant). And don't even get me started on why Islam would be a 'bad' religion... I've got to agree with most that you wrote there. I didn't mean to come off as naive or arrogant though. I understand many of the issues associated with the education approach including even enhancing a negative attitude toward the west and I'm sure the odds of success are slim at best. I'm just saying, it's worth a shot. Also, I don't agree that Islam is a bad religion but I won't get you started, hopefully.
  17. I think the best approach should be to consider education to muslim countries on understanding western values and lifestyles. It seems that the problem isn't that we don't understand them but that they don't understand us. Make no mistake, I'm not saying that all muslims are not understanding or untolerant but I see no reason why this couldn't be preoperly enforced into a school system of accepting countries to quell any chance of terrorist formation in students. I understand that is subject to alot of variables and many muslim children can't afford schooling or parents may not accept the curriculum but it can't hurt to try. Not to attack religion, but killing for your God in this age seems purely unintelligent and fanatical, especially when it's more of a misinterpretation or literal take on relgious readings, hence I think another approach would be for muslim religious leaders that are more modern in their approach to even be given higher levels of power so that proper messages are sent out. Although the ongoing fight against Israel is proof that people in general are idiots. Russia also have a very brutal approach to terrorism, probably a good last resort. Also I seem to be seeing alot of talk about nukes. I don't think they should exist at all but I do understand the bombing on Japan was an act of necessity. I just think people should understand that the actions of a few extremists in no way represent a people. I for example am from Australia, one of America's largest supporters, and we had a civilian join Al-Qaeda. Nuke us too while you're at it.
  18. The tarantula enjoyed a fine chewing gum
  19. Husker

    Bucket List

    1. Finish my medicine degree 2. sky-dive solo 3. travel to Europe 4. ski (not much snow in Australia), 5. fight a lion (would probably do that last as this is a bucket list) 6. try the world's hottest chili
  20. I understand that people can struggle with geography, I'm not great myself and I've heard lots of people think that Europe is a country but to think Australia and New Zealand are North and South Korea doesn't make any sense. Not only is New Zealand East of Australia but Australia is a Continent (like Europe). Back on topic, I'm a male
  21. lol. Very true
  22. I thought maybe I'd watch an ep. on youtube a few days ago to see what the fuss is about. Since then I've seen 12. It is a surprisingly addictive show, I'm going to use up so much time now watching it and I don't know who to blame. Also I'm surprised I haven't seen a favourite character thread yet.
  23. Hi I'm Husker. I'm a 21yo university student from Australia and until joining this forum, had no idea how delicate of an issue bronyism is.
  24. Chicken feet. Not that weird of a food but very grisly
