How long did it take you!? Come to think of it, where do you live that it's THAT insane? I mean, it's hot here in the UK, but to get baked just from being out for a minute or so.... It was 110 out and my arm got burned 2 weeks before. It healed a week and a half later and after I was done with that task (which happened to take about 3 minutes to get across the driveway because of the pavement heat, so +6 minutes) It started to ache again. Actually I got a sunburn on my way over to my house from I have no idea where anymore. It was a 20 minute drive and it was like 110-112 outside. We had temperatures 95+ for a week or 2.
