L.A noire. Talk about worthless game, I was expecting something incredible! (Me and my friend waited 100 days, I counted, for this game to come out, which might have something to do with me being disapointed and all) But seriously, the game does just about everything for you. You walk around and its like this: You pick up an object, turn it, and the game just zooms in on the clue and tells you to go to that place and talk to that guy. I thought it was gonna be like: "Find clues and figure shit out yourself" but no, we need captian obvious and his gang to come help us. Its more restricted than CoD. Now I might have gotten my expectations a little too high, but still, they could have done this better. I dont know why everyone likes it so much...

What if the state suddenly decides that to save money, their stores will no longer stock [uncommon brand that only you and a small segment of the population really really likes]? The thing about state-owned monopolies (on anything from liquor to health care) is: If they SUCK, where else are you going to go? If Company A does me a disservice, I can always say "frag off," and switch to company B,C,or D. That's the free market for you. Well then, say we have a free market with a government owned company? Like there is Wal-mart, best buy and something the government owns. If my nation's government holds a monololy on a service, and decides to adopt a policy that screws me over... I either have to try to elect a new government (and PRAY that it will reverse the policy), or move to another country. Neither choice is exactly easy.

Here is my idea: we have capitalism mixed with communism. We still have different salaries, open market etc. BUT all public transport is owned by the state and is therefore free. Companies owned by the state, example: here in sweden we have a store that sells all alcohol (except for light-beer) and its owned by the state. (they have stores all over the country). Now this also means that there cant be any other stores selling liqour. Just a thought.

You can still get vanilla WoW private servers. Just have to install from an old install source, or the original discs, and then not update. Private servers are usually very laggy.. But Ill look into this sometime.

Very true. I am aware of that the belief itself doesnt cause problems. But the way people choose to interpret some things does.

I think its stupid that we still have religion. I respect peoples belief, but for the most part, religion stands for war and hatred over some "god" that there is no evidence for. Dont get me wrong, I dont despite you for believing in god, but just as I keep my views to myself (unless someone asks) please do the same. If you ask me: "do you believe in god?" and I respond with: "no." then saying I will go to hell its a pretty useless threat considering that I just told you that I do not share your beliefs. Although, I can have a discussion about the subject as long as people stays chill about it.

Ok so, I encountered a female vampire outside Morthal, I couldnt do any damage with anything (glitch?). Then a dragon shows up, It cant do any damage to her either (?!) so I killed the dragon and ran off. I mean its a bethesda game, but still wtf? Havent had any other problems, and I can just say: The elder scrolls V Skyrim is the BEST game ever in the history of the universe.

Same as red dead redemption ... Why not make games on pc? Signed it.

Ofcourse with enough power, you are unstoppable (and this is why we will never have anarchy) like you said disabled people are fucked, we go back in time (kind of) and there is noone to uphold laws and stuff. BUT! You will have freedom to do whatever you want to (like said, this can go to hell pretty fast), but if im not mistaken, they had anarchy in spain before the nazis came in and started shooting people, and it worked pretty good. I think they had a society where everyone got to vote about everything, there was no leaders, nor gangs. So yeah that worked for about 2 months, but then came the nazis (the evil gang in this case) and had weapons, tanks and all that. A peaceful community who had not armed themselves was fucked. This is the whole problem, if a group of people wants to live in peace, there is always someone who doesnt, and take advantage of this. (Im not 100% sure about this story but it was something similiar). Anarchy just wont work, its a nice thought but if you start discussing it, then there is just no way it would work. Gangs, vigilantes, slavers. Yeah its just too many damn problems.

You said: " kill your family " To me that is my parents and brothers/sisters. but you really have a point with this whole killing thing. Imagine the scenario (in todays society) that you come home and find your family dead, you see the killer run off and you take off after him, you catch him. You have a gun in your hand and a phone in the other. Would you rather call the cops and let them take care of it, or kill him on the spot?

Its fair because, if you wrong someone, you pay. The same is for the gangs, you create a gang and you all have big guns and all that stuff, people can still take you down. But anarchy sooner or later turns back into democracy/dictatorship/communism.

Anarchy would be good because, well, its fair. Wrong someone and you pay, no court or delays. It sounds good, but it doesnt work.
