No, not at me. Just at the world. They were always consisting of you being angry at someone or something and it kinda concerned me. As far as channeling is concerned, meditation is a form, but I meant artistic channeling. Doing something creative that you are passionate about is the best way to use your emotions as it both relieves stress and is constructive for your mind. Musical instruments tend to be better for this than singing, from what I've seen. Piano and Guitar are probably the two best, but I get by just fine with my Saxophone. Instruments you say? I played guitar in like the 6th grade or something, cant say it was fun. Im not really interested in learning instruments, drums maybe.... I dont know, its gotta be better than punching walls, but I just dont know.

You make a really good point in your post. Since I started doing more things, I have been started feeling (a little atleast) better. I have just started exercising (again) and learning german. Im spending most of my energy and time on these two things, I love learning languages, I truly do. I do fear that my self-destructive behaviour will kick in again, and fuck everything up. VoIP is based in Framingham, MA, and I never hear anyone ever using it when I'm on. Maybe it's be better to start our own semi-private TeamSpeak server for this. (I could probly host it, but I'm over in Pueblo, CO) That or mumble. Anything works for my part. Location will not be a problem (for me atleast), my internet is really good over at my mom's place. (Moving computer monday)

Ive been to 3 different therapists already. Only one has helped me so far. Im considering trying it again, Im not so sure, though. I would love to not care, but its not always the best thing to do. I do my best to live for the moment, though. But sometimes you just have to care.

Downloading planetside 2 (didnt really "get" it..) is it any good?

If you like the style the games have, then by all means buy and enjoy them. I dont judge people that play the cod games since I enjoyed WaW and I thought Black ops 1 was good. I am not gonna buy this because it looks too much like mw3 to me, and that game was outright horrible IMO. (Too bad they got rid of the cash system for the unlocks) And yeah, maybe the whole bashing on COD thing is getting old. I guess there is no point in doing it anymore.(Battlefield on the other hand is in for a shitstorm.....)

Cod 4 expansion packs are really expensive..... Mhm, I can see you've played Black Ops II so you totally know what you're talking about... Have you played cod 4 ? The last cods have been almost identical to cod 4. But its only a joke. I havent played Black ops 2 yet, I will download it and play the campaign for the story later.
