  1. *faceslap But of course!
  2. Hm. Well he's not trolling of course, but I have to disagree on how easy it is to run into similar hardware failures. I put a lot of myths and fables about screwdrivers leaving scratches on the mainboard, cola dripping into PCI slots and static electricity to the test with some older hardware. It's not completely indestructable, but I found it far harder to leavy any damage than I expected. Especially with scratches and static electricity. Running into the same issues again and again that often requires some serious abuse that I don't believe mr Ross is capable of. I think he's just the victim of bad luck. And not nearly getting paid enough for what he does.
  3. Take an extra case fan and mount / tape it directly over the bridge, see if it makes a notable difference.
  4. ? That's ONE way at least.
  5. Has been answered before. Search the forums.
  6. I'd play it with nothing but trip mines.
  7. I don't envy them there.
  8. Red gibs can't be from aliens.
  9. Rewind. So it's.. chemical processing? Into what? Meat (?) gets dumped into water in the meat dumping room. There's no real current, so it just float around and rot, mostly. I imagine there some sort of layer of goo starts to form on top of the wayer. It gets sprayed by some sort of yellow stuff, I guess to make the goo sink and not build up against the wall at the end. It goes underneath the rotating thing and ends up into another basin. Three conveyor belts stick into it, but not far. So only things that float up from this basin are likely to get caught into it and then flattened by those crushes. Flat, rotten goo. Then there is a set of pistons which kind of push things off the conveyor belt. Which is weird, but I guess that too builds up over time until it ends up on the conveyor belt again. And then those last three crushes. And a chemical vat of some sort. It doesn't connect to it, but in the same room are more conveyor belts and.. furnaces? It's either biological goo or burned goo that they are making. But it all ends up in similar looking chemical vats nonetheless. Ideas? I am thinking.. I don't know what I am thinking. I just needed an excuse to look busy and write for five minutes. Cheetos. What is up with this level design, seriously. And why did it take 25 years for me to notice the senselessness of it?
  10. What's this nonsense about pudding?
  11. "I'm going to eat your face."
  12. Unreal DM and COOP with my girlfriend's 13 year old cousin. I thought it was nice that a kid like that can appreciate a 15 year old classic.
  13. Draw a particle bat as well. Speaking of bats, I noticed at the beginning Freeman talks about being pretty sure he'd seen a bat rather than having heard one. Interesting?
  14. Thanks Ross. Good work.
  15. I would, but I am still looking for my stapler. Have you seen it? I must find my stapler.
  16. Unless it was the type of particle bat that's likely to disrupt the space-time continuum while being subjected to the observer effect, it is likely to be an ordinary encoding glitch.
  17. No particle bats this time, I think. HOW UNEXPECTED.
  18. It's the other way around for me. I saw that video and thought "damn, I wish I could hear Ross say a few things in it". That's it. And you know, it works. For that video.
  19. Your browser may have the old page cached. It works for me now. I'm not sure if I had anything to do with it, but I left Machinima a message about the video being private on Facebook seven hours ago. I got a reply to it a few hours ago, so I'm sure they noticed.
  20. The video being posted and Ross making a news post has AFAIK rarely coincided. I'd give it another half day IF they do contact Ross. Interesting. Interesting and sad.
  21. Wait, how did you guys even find this? It doesn't show up on the machinima FM playlist and if I search for the name of the episode on Youtube I don't get any relevant results.
  22. Yaay, that made up for Machinima's cockup today. Will you be my new best friend?
