Don't be a jackass. It has spinning rotors, therefor, it is a helicopter. This is a direct relationship. Spinning rotors = helicopter. This is called "civilian logic." Sue me. Well it is called an Osprey actually. Well, acshully, it's a Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey, an American multi-mission, military, tiltrotor aircraft with both a VTOL, and STOL capability.

There was a topic?

When you put it like that, you almost make it sound like there shouldn't be any exploration or deviation from linear paths in FPS games. No wonder people still cling mercilessly to DooM...
-
Half of those pages were dog and cat pictures and people responding to them, while the others were individual people chiming in about their opinion, and still others were commenting on how close the vote seemed to be. Settle down Beavis.

Please shoot yourself in the face right now so I don't have to. Unless that was sarcastic...it was sarcastic, right? Please? I would say that I was being sarcastic, but your reaction (and your signature) make me curious as to what you'd say if I didn't...

(wags finger) Ah ah ah, he said he was going with what the majority of people decided. 37% is not a majority, it's a plurality. Yeah, I know, it's a stretch.

You know, I find it really hard to believe that hardly anyone noticed the changed sounds. Maybe Ross should change Freeman's voice actor for a day and see if anyone picks up on it.
-
So (not counting the cats and dogs) the poll is currently at a dead draw. I know Ross was expecting the new gun sounds to be divisive, but I bet he never expected it to be this close. Bit of a can of worms that got opened, I think (either that or, as the above poster said, there is a massive vote stacking operation underway). So, let's come up with a compromise that everyone will surely love and replace the gun sounds with quotes from MLP.

This was a really abrupt, and in my opinion completely unnecessary change to make. I would almost go so far as to say that it significantly disrupts the experience for me. I always say don't fix what isn't broken, but it seems like the majority is against my opinion on this one (and I half expect the masses to bark "well if you don't like it, don't watch it!"). So I guess it'll be left the way it is now.
-
He's allowed to have an opinion about individual episodes. You don't need to defend Ross at every single possible opportunity. In fact, I imagine he would get irritated with that after a while.
-
Yeah, I'm fully expecting Freeman to bypass 90% of the maze with "pull-ups".
-
When I opened up the front page, the first thing I saw was the picture montage, and I winced because I knew exactly what had happened. Ouch. Always keep your computer tower UNDER your desk, not just beside it, and certainly not on top of it.

This might not be of much help to you unless you're on the West Coast or in a major city, but try looking for attorneys at Handel On The Law.com. Be advised that you should only hire an attorney if you know you can get monetary compensation out of this. Lawyers per se are not cheap. And even if you have a strong case, Machinima may still try to paper you to death if they're unwilling to settle. Perhaps you could try contacting other artists that Machinima screwed over to file a joint complaint?

But Gordon could justify Barney as being a human enemy because he "waved that soldier through". Of course, when we play the game ourselves we realize that it's simply a programming oversight and Barney is friendly, but in the Freeman's Mind universe, things are quite different...
