No, I just disagree, they are both the same behaviour on different levels. Even not spitting on the pavement when you really need to spit is minor self sacrifice. I never said anything about medals. But he does it because he thinks it's the right thing otherwise he wouldn't, I don't care about how people wrote in testimonials, the people who do self-sacrifice feel like it's the right thing to do. At that point they rather risk dying then live forever knowing they didn't do it hence the self-sacrifice, at least to them at the moment seemed like the right choice. After they made the choice, the people who resent it are the ones who re-question their choice and believe the better option was not to self-sacrifice. Self-sacrifice is simply a choice of trade of pain/suffering for another effect, it can be good and bad at different times and hard to decide so I don't blame the people you mentioned.

I've been on a philosophers forum before this, and, they were mostly jerks not only to me but to each other. And then I've been on a german forum.... where members mostly went to the porn section of it. Imagine it being over 2000 pages long. On the topic of saw, it isn't too bad I would say, it has some plot and I liked it because it's always interesting to see the new ways how people can survive a situation like that, I also watched the cube and it was pretty good too even though some parts were cheesy. The cube had a really groovy atmosphere to it too. I believe that movie was made by some italian director. Saw, I would say is the most proffesional movie of the genre.(In terms of video and audio not in plot necessarily) But when it comes to horror to me these movies (Even though pretty good) are nothing compared to classics like "Sphere" and the one were some humans visit a spaceship and it invades the people's minds one by one it's with the guy from jurassic park, forgot the title. I really didn't get into Scream though, kind of boring and cheesy. More like a chick flick movie.

It's all about the price category you're looking at. For super high performance Nvidia usually wins for Medium High performance it's ATI and for cheap performance it's also usually ATI. Basically, one day me and Lord Sinister were discussing a huge turn based game with af members, something 5 + members. We were thinking along the lines of a a cvilization type of game for all interested. For maybe 1-2 hour gameplay every meetup and then save and continue on the next one. I thought I can try and organize that, so here I am. We can set a common date after agreement, what we need to know is who has Civilization 2 here, and would be willing to play.(We are still trying to figure out if it's legally free or not) For a poll we first need to know the game of preference, so discuss!

They only affect the behavior of the kinds of people who obey laws. But if it's statistics you want, While Ukraine's firearm homicide rate is considerably lower than ours, your overall homicide rate is almost twice as high as ours. Yeah but Ukraine is in a way different situation then the US, we have some tensions here between different ethnic people (In some cities). Plus overall lower salary etc etc.. A better statistic would be all in one country.
