Red Faction II Jesus christ the game is like a lunch break long but it is amazing.

Then you would LOVE to be me right now. I JUST got that game for the first time. Never played it before! It's awesome!!! Great soundtrack, visuals are excellent and the sound is top notch! How far are you? I'm going to tell you right now, ISV-Kran will become your least favorite part of the game. And the Sky Town section is probably my favorite part of any game ever. You should totally add me on steam to talk about it.

BioShock uses UE 2.5, and while the water looks nice I still some minor texture popping. that reminds me, I think games nowadays don't use UE3 to its full potential, it can make something beautiful yet everyone uses it for brown grey boring metal corridor shooters.

Beat House of the Dead 2. Goldman is G-MAn House of the Dead is in the same universe as Half Life They Hunger fits in there somewhere too.
-
Doom 3 is really terrifying, I absolutely love the terror I feel before going past a corridor. And I think the Tank in Quake 2 is more horrifying than the Shambler honestly. Whenever I heard the Tank's noise I proceeded to run for my freaking life and unload grenades on him.
-
I think more games need to use Unreal Engine 2. Which even today still looks beautiful.
-
The House of the Dead 2 "HELLO, FRIENDS."
-
Beat Unreal. I'd give anything to experience that game through fresh eyes again.
-
Quake 2. I love the single player so much.
-
I've been practicing up on Quake 2, so far I have found that Super Shotgun, Rail Gun, and the Grenade Launcher are my personal favorites.

I hate my horrible sleep schedule. My current is sleep from 10 to 12, stay up till 8 AM than go to bed till 4 PM.

System Shock 2 (and maybe System Shock 1)
The Hamburglar replied to Lord Sinister's topic in Gaming in general
oh god yes. I love System Shock with all my heart. It's one of the few games to terrify me to near tears. System Shock 1 is really dizzying to play, but my eyesight is pretty horrid, so you might not have any troubles. It's really really fun too. -
This should be fun, assuming I don't suck so bad my game uninstalls itself out of pure pity
-
Quake 3 Arena on the Dreamcast. Probably one of my favorite games ever...
-
I'm probably going to order a couple Quake games in the mail because I have a weird obsession with owning the cases to all my favorite games.
-
I've played Quake 2 a lot of times, and Unreal..well, I think that one answers itself.
-
Sounds good, but try not to do a single player map? Those are always the worst maps for Multiplayer.
-
Haha, don't worry, I suck hard at Quake as well. But it's so much fun that I keep coming back for more.
-
Doom 3 and Quake 4 cower in the shadow of the mighty QUAKE. There need to be signs in Quake 1 that say in giant letters "WATCH THE FUCK OUT." and have a picture of the Shambler on them.
-
We know how much you love to play StarCraft Alyxx.
-
I was thinking that maybe we could start up an Accursed Farms server for Quake 1 or Quake 2, you know, some classic deathmatch. Anyone interested?

Getting the plastic wrap off of Oblivion was really hard if that counts.
-
We'll also be playing Human Revolution by then! We get a smart thinking shooter and a insane action packed shooter.

Even though Simon is a good friend of mine, I also had a bit of trouble staying with it. I watched the entire season, but there weren't too many moments that stuck with me, tell you the truth. I think Simon is a good actor, maybe it's the game itself. While watching it, I would always note how... Unremarkable the game itself looked. Red Faction is actually a ton of fun. If you ever have a ps2 and a friend around it's a definite must have for split screen.

Ah, Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind... Morrowind is a great sight seeing tour as well, so many fine details have been put into the world.
