  1. I certainly can be. I twould take a lot of time to set up a relaiable frameowrk, but if you would be using mocap, things would go a lot smoother after that. Copying all the assets would be a first hurdle, I doubt that the tools would be very kind with textures and such.
  2. You can always try Blender. It has the marked points well covered, as well as the others.   4. I've heard that egg carton is a good echo isolator. Should be quite cheap too.
