  1. Ultrasonic whistling cannot unlock doors.
  2. Yeah, I realize that. Technically radio would be in electronic signals. In order to be able to understand radio signals as sound, your brain would also have to be able to interpret, decode and possibly decrypt them. If you could see those ranges, I think it would demand the ability to comprehend them all at once as opposed to being able to switch between ranges at will. You can see the entirety of the spectrum you comprehend with your eyes all at once, you don't need to sweep willingly between reds to violets up from orange, yellow, green, blue and indigo. To that end I don't think we could imagine what seeing radio signals and what not would actually look like seeing as we don't really have methods of comprehending them right now beyond transmission and reception. Visibility of the intermediate would be very queer indeed.
  3. It's not like Horses can't eat corn. Apples and corn both have sugar and fiber in them. Apples are just less nudule-ey.
  4. Sweet Apple Acres grows corn? This suggests many geographic, plantalean, and photochemicalistic lines of investigation, specific to the genus Zea. TO THE LAB!!
  5. Changing knowledge is also why we don't watch Duck and Cover in school anymore. (We watch The Atomic Cafe xD) I like many bombs not dropping on my head.
  6. The Bible celebrates sex as a wonderful and beautiful thing. It condemns it outside the context of marriage. Why? You'd have to ask a theologian- probably one who professes in the Letters of Paul, the Sermon on the Mount, or the Pentateuch. There are probably a great many reasons why, that apply relationally, socially, emotionally, physically and/or spiritually. However I am not well read on the subject and thus would not be able to tell you what they are. If you have questions about how sex is approached in regards to how it's conversed in the books of Genesis or Exodus, it would probably require some historical education in order to appreciate contexts, choices and reactions made by such figures as Abraham (or Abram), Israel (or Issac) and Jacob.
  7. Controversy is a state of prolonged public dispute or debate, usually concerning a matter of opinion. There has been public debate about why and where the universe came from for more than four thousand years, it's been a contested subject ever since man could keep records. To declare that the debate does not exist is the claim of a fool. To declare that this debate is over is a fantastic and exorbitantly titanic statement which I would absolutely love to see proof of. -And don't just cite the arguments of evolutionary theory, because then we're back to what I said earlier about the contesting of ideas of Philosophers/Historians/Scientists Vs. Internet Forums. Either way, it's still an intentional derailment of the subject of either being in schools in order to prolong arguments on this thread, and if there's one thing I could go on the record saying I hate, it's debating for the sake of debating.
  8. If I had super vision, I wouldn't care for X-rays. Wider bandwidths is where it's at. Normal humans can see between about 700 nanometers and 450 nanometers in bandwidth. (red is 700, violet is 450. This is why electromagnetic spectral information with a bandwidth slightly shorter than 700 is InfraRed, and longer than 450 is UltraViolet). Being able to see between 10 meters and 10,000 nanometers would enable one to see everything from medium frequency radio, low pitch sounds, heat, microwaves and low ionizing radiation. Think about the implications of being able to see heat alone. (Like body heat.) Let alone being able to intercept a wide variety of wireless signals just by seeing them.
  9. I think teh combines are pretty cool he shot aleins and dont afraid of anything

    Q & A Thread

I have not. What is the largest mechanical device and/or musical instrument you've ever been near, heard or seen with your own eyes?
  11. I want to have some work of fiction in which the line is said "This is not a gun. It is a scientific instrument that looks like a gun." Regardless of what genre or story it would be set it, the entire following scene would write itself.
  12. Thank you for being so respectful. Since an open sex relationship would have to be consensual, I personally would not consent to that, and do not comprehend why it would be a logical decision to make.
  13. I cannot speak in any complete authority since I have never been in a serious relationship before. But my understanding of abstinence is that dedication to only one person reinforces the virtues of trust and love (with the presumption that they are things that in the context of matrimony, commonly preceded with the description holy) as things that should not be squandered on flings or expended without much to redeem it beyond memories. Love should be an active experience, something that would be happening, not something that happens and then stops. Additionally, without bringing on the consequences of Love (as in, all the cons that come with the pros) it might encourage irresponsibility those regards.
  14. Personally I wish to save myself up for my marriage, and would much rather dedicate myself thusly. That way my sexual gratification is much more cautiously spent. Or rather, invested.
  15. Captain Sullenburger: "Anything on our right, maybe Teterburo?" LG-Departures: "You want to go try to go to Teterburo?" Cap: "Yes." Dep: "Teterburo.. Empire actually. LaGuardia got an emergency inbound." TB-Tower: "Alright, go ahead." Dep: "Cactus 1529 over the George Washington Bridge wants to go to the airport right now." TB: "Wants to go to our airport, check, does he need assistance?" Dep: "Ah yes, he said it was a bird strike. Can I get him in for runway 1?" TB: "Runway 1, that's good!" Dep: "Cactus fifteen forty-nine turn heading two-eight-zero for runway one." Cap: "We're unable. We may end up in the Hudson." One thing I always admire about Air Traffic Controllers is that their job is to always know what's happening and how to fix what breaks as fast as humanly possible. I don't think I'd be able to handle that sort of pressure.
  16. I just had an idea: You've probably watched all the episodes twice, but have you watched them upside down? Now you have an excuse to watch them all again.
  17. I reduced the ballast color texture from 2048x2048 to 1024x1024. Rendering it off, it produces no difference visually. It reduced the render time from 4:22 to 2:35. Now I am king of team. ~ Refinining your pipeline is slow, arduous, tedious, annoying, boring, and rewarding. It can mean the difference of "leave it as is, takes 3 weeks to render" to "grind and wind about for a week, takes 5 days to render, spend two days playing team fortress 2, begin next thing ahead of schedule".
  18. Imagining what BTGbullseye would look like as one of the magic soldiers I drew. He would probably be that covert agent guy with the top hat and suspicious eyes. He looks into secret government files and finds the people most in need of a box of pop-tarts or a punch in the skull. Thanks to his field experience he no longer mixes up the two.
  19. ಠ_ಠ Much more than I would dislike an atheist parent, I would dislike a parent that was inclined to pick fights for their personal amusement.

  21. What is this Bronyquest of which you speak? Is it dangerous?
  22. Take some dkh4DrGNwUY If symptoms persist, contact a physician.
  23. That's every part.
  24. To be frank, your tone and conveyance are pretty idiotic. However it's a relatively plausible theory. Since there are many different grocery store companies, food distribution companies, food marketing companies, news networks, television companies and meteorology groups, it would be an unfair generalization to say that they ALL participate in such a conspiracy without exception, however. To read more on the "conspiracy" that you've uncovered, read more into the subject of Fear Mongering: the usage of fear in media to generate desired outcomes in populaces (such as voting, goods purchasing or public interest)
  25. Gotta have my daily air fix. I get a serious jones for oxygen pretty frequently...
