I couldn't help but notice that the link for the Halloween Safety episode of Civil Protection is broken with that 404 error, and the download link for the Oil's Well episode is broken as well. Could these be fixed?

Cool idea, but the file size would be immense. Might be a little too much.

You should allow the users to set how many post they can see per page. People with better PC's may want more per page, while people with crappy PC's can lower the amount of post seen to help load pages.
