I guess you're referring to how the eyes are on the top of its head rather than the sides? It's been spoken about on the Black Mesa forum a fair bit. Personally I think it's fine like this, although if anyone has serious issues with this minor point I expect someone will create a custom model with eyes on the side, etc. i can't believe people really have a problem with that. Hell, on the point of overreacting to minor changes, you've clearly never seen the Sonic fanbase at work. Pray you never have to.
