  1. HE HAS A FUCKING SMILEY FACE HOLY SHIT I'M DONE
  2. Alien: Isolation is so goddamn frustrating but so goddamn beautiful in so many goddamn ways, I love it.
  3. I had a dream that there was a new Game Dungeon. Now, I'm just disappointed.
  4. I'm pretty excited for this movie, as well as most other CBMs coming out in the coming years. (BvS, X-Men, Captain America 3, etc.) The only series I'm kind of iffy on is The Amazing Spider-Man, whose last film sucked, so we'll see how that goes.
  5. Y'all motherfuckers need
  6. I laughed way harder at this than I probably should have. Great review, Ross. Standalone videos are nice, but when you start getting into series, it's guaranteed to be a treat. It's a shame the game wound down near the end and just turned the last half into one giant maze, though. I hate mazes in general, but that sealed the deal for me. The music and slick-smooth character animations were what got me the most interested, anyway, and I can just listen to the OST on Youtube, so not that big a loss. I also agree 100% on turn-based combat. In my life, the only turn-based RPG I have completed all the way without cheating was the original Final Fantasy, and even then it was a slog. Nowadays, if I'm interested in a game like that, I'll just watch a walkthrough online and skip to the story sections. Sure, it may feel awesome in a turn-based game when you can break out a huge attack that summons giant monsters or universe-destroying phenomena to decimate your enemies, but there's plenty of other games out there that can do that WITHOUT having to wait in line to swing your sword. Also in turn-based games, it's usually mandatory for you to grind in order to even stand a chance against the next part of the game and I just do not care enough to plunge hours of my time into killing the same guys over and over. Revenant looks like it has that same problem, but at least you can control the fight to some degree and make it somewhat enjoyable.
  7. I finally watched the Hunchback of Notre Dame all the way on Netflix. 8.5/10. Still kind of wish it was Quasimodo and Esmeralda who hooked up instead of her and Phoebas, but whatever. EDIT: Also just watched Transformers: Age of Extinction. 6.5/10. Actually wasn't as bad as people are saying. It certainly doesn't deserve the lowest score of the Transformers films. That honor should remain with the second movie, the travesty that it is. As it is, this one is decent. The biggest complaint I have for it, really, is just that it goes on way, WAY too long. I mean, it just DRAGS.
  8. Congratulations. AkQNvKvFPRo
  9. Ahhh FUCK. I haven't played Lost Planet in years. Are you playing the first one or one of the sequels? I heard 3 was shitty, so idk. O.T: Re-watching episode 60 of FM before going to sleep.
  10. This episode reminded me of how much I hated this part, but if I can't get the full Freeman experience, then what's the point of this entire series? Loved this episode, though. I was just thinking about how this whole teleportation thing is a much-needed change-up in the rules for FM, so when he told the vortigaunt, "You're not special anymore." I laughed my ass off.
  11. EDIT: Actually, I like this better.
  12. Which comments are you referring to?
  13. Cialis and Levitra, so you really know you're getting your money's worth.
  14. I just realized how weird it is to turn 18 on the internet. Where once I received spam mail about store coupons and upgrading my account on DeviantArt, my spam inbox is now filled with mail that asks me if I want to buy cigarettes, certain types of condoms and Viagra.
  15. Godzilla - 7.6. I'm rating this higher than I feel like it deserves, but I was actually pretty excited for this movie. The trailers looked awesome and when the reviews came in, I was sold. Finally, a GOOD Godzilla movie. And while, yes, it is 'good' if you're comparing it to the trainwreck known as Godzilla 2000, it's actually kind of disappointing. Like, I get why they needed to focus on the human characters to build up the monsters but...c'mon, they couldn't have found better actors? The ONE really good actor they had, Brian Cranston, gets fucking killed at around the 30-40 minute mark. And after that we're left with Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, who do not impress in this film. Ken Watanabe would be cool if he actually did anything and maybe it's just my TV, but I couldn't see shit in any of the dark scenes of the movie. I understand that they want to conceal the monsters, but for fuck's sake, I CAN'T SEE THE ACTORS EITHER. However, it is well-directed, well-paced, (for the most part) the story is pretty tight even if a little 'eh', and the 20 minutes we got to see Godzilla kick ass were kind of cool, I guess. I just wish the main actors other than Cranston...acted better. Some advice for Godzilla 2: Either put more of the monsters in the movie or get better fucking actors and/or get better takes FROM those actors.
  16. I'd love to see it finished by Christmas, but if you guys hit a snag, I'm not really worried about it. We've gone WAY longer than a couple weeks in-between FM episodes before.

  18. I like the piggytails girl.
  19. why did this discussion have to happen on a post about tactical horse shit
  20. How to Train Your Dragon 2 - 8.5. Thought it was pretty good.
  21. 'Just hush your boner dude.' - A comment from Blip.tv, 2014
  22. No Soliciting wouldn't work. You want a No Trespassing sign.
  23. I can see that. Like, at the end of Uplink when you're cornered, he just passes out and suddenly wakes up where he would have ended up normally. Then he just rationalizes this whole episode as a fever dream spurred on by shock from having his atoms scattered by the portal or whatever.
