  1. Nuke the house. Duh. I want to stop replying to Holywarrior's posts in the game threads, but he always writes ones I feel compelled to respond to. How do I stop the voices chanting in my head?
  2. Heading out to visit my cranky 90 year old great-grandfather who always wants us to bring takeout to him when we visit because he hates food from every cafeteria from every building he stays in. (He was originally in a nursing home, but switched to an assisted living home due to the fact that he's not quite senile and he can take care of himself pretty well) Hopefully this time he won't try to smuggle a cat inside the building. Seriously.
  3. A JRPG set in the land of Victoria. You are given a squad of four heroes: A warrior, a thief, a white mage, and a dark mage to set out on a quest to defeat the evil King you thought you had already defeated, but it seems he was woken up by the power of Grayskull and this plot is dead. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
  4. Watch this movie. I wanna be a pirate! I got raping and pillaging down, but I can't seem to find the X on this map. Any advice for treasure-hunting?
  5. Banned for being a noob.
  6. The part of me that feels kind of sympathetic he got fired is being beaten by the part of me that is laughing at that fact.
  7. So, I logged into a really old Facebook account I haven't gone on in over a year just to see what it was like now and, uh, then I got asked which pony was my favorite. So, I picked Pinkie Pie and suddenly Facebook is full of pony references and...what's going on?
  8. Does the first seven or so chapters count?
  9. This, and trying to stomach watching the X-Men movies. I want to like you guys, I really do! You just make it so goshdarn hard on me!
  10. An online flash game where baby Hill has to be quiet when Mom Hill passes by. You hold down the left mouse button to be silent when she walks by, then let it go to rack up points and be as loud as possible after she's gone. Watch Dogs
  11. Most likely. I've never been on a date in my life.
  12. Jesus Christ, Emma Frost is skinny.
  13. I think "Eurrgghh..." might have been him tossing in a sound from the game files, though. But that's just because we don't see the scientist's mouth move. What would really be cool was if Ross commissioned a guy to make unique HL1 hand animations for him to use in FM.
  14. You spend your life as the trigger of a gun named Chrono. During the prologue scenes, you play interactive cutscenes where your manufacturers are building and testing you. Finally, when you enter your adult years, you're put into military service to go kill some terrorists into the hands of a battle-hardened warrior and your best friend. Eventually, that man defects and the military orders you to hunt down and assassinate him...but it turns out that your friend really hadn't defected, but was instead sent on a top-secret mission by the military to pretend to defect and Chrono having to kill him was all part of the plan. Depressed, Chrono feels duped and used by the government he was loyal to and leaves it to pursue his own goals. He creates his own private military company which he dubs the "Déclencheurs Sans Frontières" where triggers around the world can live free from the oppressive ways of the government. However, Chrono loses his way and you spend the rest of the game terrorizing cities and kidnapping child soldiers, until finally on his death bed, Chrono realizes all the terrible things he's done and dismantles himself right back in the facility that made him. It's a third person shooter. Crash Bandicoot
  15. Posting in this thread for the third time and watching Spoony.
  16. *Posts something completely unrelated* http://news.cnet.com/8301-17852_3-57578712-71/injustice-ea-wins-worst-company-in-america-again/ ... Oh. Uh...probably. Yes, more than likely, Chuck the second.
  17. Banned for being a dictator and not hiring a decoy of yourself to kill in case you need to fake your own death, only to get killed by another person immediately afterward.
  18. ohUV6QDQdOo Derpy doesn't have derp eyes. This is wrong already.
  19. A game where you're on the verge of a friendship crisis. You and your friend are on seperate paths, and it all boils down to this one conversation. Select one of several multiple choice answers to prove your innocence (or apologize profusely!) Pick the right ones to keep your friendship from becoming a...Fallout. The Last of Us
  20. I've got messy handwriting and I can hold a pencil right.
  21. In no particular order and with no real semblance of narrative consistency: 1. Mass Effect Trilogy The whole series is one big rollercoaster ride from start to end. I can't even describe the feelings you'll feel when you play the seroes, just go play the series. Mass Effect 1 has that sense of adventure and wonder that you get when you first discover a great series like this, Mass Effect 2 makes you feel like you do have a lot to lose (your squadmates) and that any step you make could be your last, and Mass Effect 3 has really powerful music that makes you BELIEVE you're feeling something other than confusion and disappointment. But all in all, I'd recommend the whole series. 2. Metal Gear Solid Trilogy Same deal, only I grew up with this series and it hasn't disappointed me yet. What's funny is one of the games that a lot of people think is one of the worst is one of the only games to make me tear up a little. I'd recommend this entire series. MGS1 was the whole reason this series got popular and since then, people's opinions of the series have gone either up or down, though the majority think it's great. I'm in the majority on this one, though it's silly and crazy and kind of stupid at times, that's what I love about Metal Gear Solid. 3. Assassin's Creed series I'm adding the whole series, but the series kind of fluctuates with how involving it'll be able to grasp you into its storytelling, but ACII is probably the best in that regard. The first time you play and walk across the rooftops of Florence, Italy, even before you put on the assassin cloak, the entire game just feels amazing. At least, it did to me. These stories are in no way self-contained so it'd be nearly impossible for me to leave any out. ACI is a little frustrating once you start to learn it's controls but it's mysterious story will keep you invested, ACII feels wonderful and is a lot of people's favorite, Brotherhood is pretty cool because you're learning how to keep your own team of Assassins as well as renovating an entire city, Revelations is kind of dull but I still like it, and ACIII's story can feel very rushed but the gameplay is amazing for what it is. 4. Batman: Arkham City Even though this is a sequel to Arkham Asylum (also a great game) it could be a standalone story if it wanted to be. The plot is the mayor has gotten Arkham City passed through which is basically just half of Gotham City turned into a super prison, and Batman goes in to investigate it when all sorts of crazy shit happens. This mostly applies to Batman fans, I think, but it's still a great game regardless. 5. Kingdom Hearts series No matter how cheesy; how stupid, how childishly dumb this series can get at times, these are some of the greatest games out there. Not for it's gameplay, really, though it's pretty fun, but just for how adventurous it feels. This is one series I seriously can't describe more than, if you're a fan of Disney or non turn-based RPGs, play at least the first game.
