Meh, what extrarecognition? He's almost got a cult following from the people on YouTube who DON'T go on his website. Just tell them all further episodes will be here or on another YouTube channel and we'd be set.We wouldn't even have this problem if Machinima would just release the damn things already.

Hopefully Ross can answer (and fix) my burning question as to why Episode 31 has not been made downloadable. The download is probably on the post WAAY far back when The Tunnel was still being made when it was first released but I don't want to go that many pages back to find it. If he reads this hopefully he'll make it downloadable on the movies page.

Mako, if you're still talking about it being unrealistic for Freeman to push buttons randomly, your still not getting Freeman's character, even after Ross explained it. He may be intelligent, but look at what he's done during the series. As Ross just said, he's only concerned with escaping. He ignored everybody, so obviously he doesn't know what the rocket is. He doesn't care about the other people so option 2 would be the obvious one Freeman would pick. "I don't want to die! I want other people to die FOR me." Even after the explaination, if you're still talking about how unrealistic it is for him to push the rocket button, maybe you should take a look at the series as a whole and take a look at Freeman's personality more. If you want him to at least know a portion of what he's doing, that ship has basically sailed until probably later in the series where it's going to be demanded of him to know what he's doing. Probably right before Xen until the end of the game.

I was just searching through Machinima's video list, noticing the abundant amount of episodes from this 'Freeman's Mind'. I thought it would be dumb but clicked on one anyway. (Episode 10 I think) and was hooked fro then on.

I seriously doubt they're going to be uploaded at the same time. 33 is going to be uploaded then another week of bitching and moaning will take place before Machinima finally takes their thumbs out of their asses and uploads 34. HOWEVER, consider the possibility of Ross having not yet submitted either episode. Keyword: consider. As I'm pretty sure he has.

I always looked at 10.5 as an alternate universe version of Freeman's Mind, in that universe Freeman scarfed down his Doritos and decided to go get the shotgun, and the rest is...well...death.

Like I said before, I fail to see how they haven't done it yet. They upload videos on a regular basis. I remember seeing their videos list from YEARS ago and seeing Freeman's Mind episodes being pumped out on a regular basis. I know it's only been a couple days or so but GODDAMNIT I'M ANXIOUS.

Freeman's Minc introduced Half Life to me. I wasn't even looking for it. I was just browsing Machinima's videos on YouTube and noticed the abundant amount of episodes. And the rest is history...

All you have to do is noclip to that map. The thing they won't attack you and the ones in the back aren't even full models.

Ew...I hate that term 'as he should'. I think Half Life is a lot better in FM. Also, Freeman is never an IDIOT. As stated by Freeman himself, "I HAVE A DOCTOR'S DEGREE!!" Plus he makes a lot intellectual comments when he isn't talking about parties and booze.

As explained before, that's the point. hat's what makes the series funny. The fact that Freeman DOESN'T care what happens. He does not care what anyone has to say, he refuses to acknowledge anything that conflicts with his own personal reasoning. He doesn't care about anything except getting out of Black Mesa. That's what makes the series funny. Even though, I think Freeman will HAVE to mature somewhat later on, especially when he has to work with the scientists to stop Nihilanth. But it wouldn't be the same if he was just some badass who rarely talks. May as well watch a Let's Play of Half Life then, and then, it wouldn't be a Machinima. And Freeman's thinking can still be implemented into Half Life 2 and it's episodes without it seeming like Freeman's doing this for no reason. If Gordon wasn't at Black Mesa or got out alive without the GMan actually wanting him, he'd probably become a Combine just like Mike from Civil Protection, and even delight in kicking the crap out of civilians. (I'm not saying he's a murdering psychotic in Freeman's Mind, but being a combine would probably bring that side out of him) But since HE'S the one the Combine want to kill, he has no choice but to join the Rebels and fight against them. He doesn't want to die, he wants other people to die FOR him. Plus he'll finally get the respect he deserves in the Rebels. My point being, this is Ross's character of Freeman. (one I really like to think of as the 'canon' Freeman) If you don't like it, you can play Half Life yourself and do it as you like. Nobody is forcing you to watch. And, on the upside, it could be Barney's Mind, which, while I enjoy Barney's Mind, takes this whole thing about Freeman being dumb and unrealistic, and shoving it down a thousand feet underwater with Barney.

I can definatly see Freeman constantly hitting on her, that would be hilarious since she wouldnt even respond to it. I doubt it tbh, I really think he is going to be a big ass......which would be entertaining as hell. On TV Tropes they said that they think Freeman will be a big jerk and then act like a softie when she almost dies, then when she's better he just plays it off like he doesn't care.

Even so shouldn't there be some 'upload to the internet' department or something? I fail to see how hard it is to upload a 10 minute or less video even if they have other things to do. Don't they upload YouTube videos almost everyday?
