But here's the thing, apparently I got hacked by a member of a group of people who basically live to hack people's accounts. They added a disabled group and I can't delete it off. They're sending a message or something.

Yep. I added more stuff to my Steam Support ticket. List of friends who can back me up, screencaps of my passwords changed. I'm trying to find as much evidence as possible to not only get that guy off my account, but to ban him outright.
