I am kind of confused about the question but I think you're asking whether you can use Steam and play Steam games on a Macbook. My friend has a Macbook. And according to him you can just install Steam on it and play any Mac supported games. I think pretty much all newer Valve games support Mac and many indie titles(Here are all supported Steam games: http://store.steampowered.com/search/?os=mac&category1=998). And If you want to play other Games I'm afraid you have to look for some kind of third party software.

It is quite easy to get good scores on MW2, but remember this: MW2 multiplayer is the most rage-inducing game you will ever play. Completely regardless if you are good or not, BS cannot be avoided. Also I disagree MW2 is like Cod4-Cod7. Cod4 is a lot simpler and honestly a lot more fun. It isn't the balanced game some people make it out to be, but a hell of a lot better than MW2. Also again, I suggest that you try out aIW(AlterIWnet) if you're just going to buy it for the multiplayer. It is free so I guess it does technically count as warez but that is not what I'm trying to promote here, I still think developers deserve their money(I bought the game on Steam and later started playing alterIWnet). The reason why you would play it over the Steam version is because it makes it more than a crappy Console Port. It adds dedicated servers(complete with in game server list), enables the developer console, allows mods and there is also a little beta out for aIW2 in which you can play some spec ops maps in the multiplayer(burger town, gulag ect.).

I, for some reason, absolutely love those old games with the crappy graphics where every wall still looks like it is made out of cardboard.

I think all of CoD's campaign are quite boring. Although I must admit that I do like the Cod2 campaign, that is probably because I find the whole WW1/WW2 thing quite interesting. I do not care that much for Modern War.

I honestly doubt the passwords of a Dev are the same on both accounts.

I actually like playing medic too, I don't see why people say its a boring class to play. It gets pretty intense when you're playing payload(my fav gamemode), you're close to the last point, there are only a few seconds left and you need to make sure that you keep your whole team alive long enough so they can push the cart just a little further.

Well seeing as how Modern Warfare 3's PC port is kind of a disaster from what I hear, I'm not surprised. I am surprised that it even got so many players. I mean on console I can understand, but on PC. I mean the last 3games were horrible ports as well. On topic, I bought the game way to late so I could only play like 40minutes before I had to do other stuff and now I have to wait until school ends >.<
