Well I'm sure there is an app for(the is a pony..erg I mean app for everything) it. But if it is a capacitive touchscreen that you will still need a special stylus because that is a hardware thing and no app will be able to do something about that.

It is most likely capacitive touch, so you'd need a special pen as well.

I finally have Christmas break as well, don't have to go back to hell until 9th of January. But today we had a Christmas brunch thing at school. It was pretty fun, we ate lots of stuff and torched a bunch of stuff as well. The only downside was that we were forced to watch the Smurfs movie and DEAR GOD that was bad(and creepy). But overall, fun times.
